SIMPLY THE BEST!! Sensational - Extensive Ocean Views. Stylishly furnished. Extensive decking. 300m walk to Cape Bridgewater beach.
When booking please state if a pet and my property is OUTSIDE ONLY
House is only 300 metres to the beach, start of the Great South West Walk to the seal colony, 4kms to Blowholes and Petrified Forest.
Pets are welcome OUTSIDE ONLY $50 duration of your booking plus $100 bond (bond fully refundable upon property inspection).
(dogs at owners discretion)
BBQ $50 bond to ensure it is left clean for next guests. Please state when booking if required or pets are coming.
Panoramic Drive Holiday House is an extremely relaxing place to base your holiday with sand and surf stretching all the way to Cape Nelson. The ocean views are simply stunning and extensive. Superb sunrises over the ocean are not to be missed.
The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Guests find it difficult to vacate after unwinding at Panoramic Drive Holiday House and re-book for their next holiday!!
Huge fully enclosed balcony with gates to secure young children or pets from wandering. BBQ available also please confirm if required when booking.

Cosy wood heater for those chilly nights, wood supplied.
Beach is 300m stroll down the hill.
Panoramic Drive is extremely comfortable and cosy, guests settle in very quickly and are hesitant to leave. Lovely wood heater in the evenings ensures you will be quite toasty...
In the evenings enjoy the Cape Nelson lighthouse, flashing in the distant east.
Sit on the balcony and watch the fog rolling in or wake up bright and early to view some of the most stunning sunrises you will get to see.
Whales are easily spotted from the house, they arrive in June onwards.

Blue Whales are frequent visitors also making it the only feeding ground in Australia.
Cape Bridgewater is the perfect base to walk sections of the Great South West Walk which is a 250km walk starting in Portland out to Cape Bridgewater and into South Australia. Short sections of the walk are everywhere so get a taste for the area and come back and tackle the entire 250km.
The area is also a 50min drive to Mt Gambier to view the Blue Lake, Princess Margaret Rose Caves or do a boat tour up the Glenelg River.
Within the area are local wineries and wine tasting.
There is a Seal Boat Tour to venture into the caves to view them in their natural habitat.
Bridgewater Lakes is perfect for a BBQ and walk on Discovery Bay Beach.
Ideal fishing spot and has a boat launch for a spin on the freshwater Lake.
Venture further along Discovery Bay and go for a unique experience by walking on the Largest Moving Sandunes in Victoria, cars can go via Swan Lake.
You need to book Panoramic Drive very early as my guests keep coming back time and time again.

I am a Registered Nurse and run Cape Bridgewater Accommodation.
I have been involved in accommodation for over 20 years running three holiday homes previously. I have a love of the area and you will often find me hiking along the Great South West Walk doing sections of this fantastic walk around the coastline. I enujoy the outdoors and ride rail trails around Victoria, swim laps, early morning ocean swims also.
I have previously worked at the Bridgewater Bay Kiosk, Portland Observer in newspaper advertising for nine years plus many more varied jobs.
Travel is wonderful and I have travelled extensively, now experiencing what parts of Australia I havent visited has on offer.
Make the time to visit this stunning area with its high coastal cliffs that you can walk directly above.

My house is very tidy and I have been in accommodation for over 20 years. I love the outdoors and what is on offer in the area and surrounds. Happy to go hiking with guests if they wish company. House is convenient to the Great South West Walk, 250km of walking tracks on the coast and inland along the Glenelg River.
Cape Bridgewater is a beautiful area, with its abundance of beaches, fishing places, walking tracks, wild life, even had a koala on my balcony one morning, kangaroos visit regularly.
Make the time to visit this stunning area with its high coastal cliffs that you can walk directly above.
Sweeping ocean views, private as your elevated so you could get an all over tan if you really wanted to on the balcony.
Pets are safe in the enclosed balcony and a kennel is supplied. Bring your own feeding bowls and bedding.
