This amazing newly renovated two bedroom condo has breathtaking ocean views, brand-new everything including appliances and top of the line luxury mattresses and bedding! Located on the fifth floor giving you stellar ocean views. The property is oceanfront situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Maui, Keawakapua beach!

The condo is a 2-bedroom unit with a California king size bed in the main suite and a king size bed in the second room. The condo also has a full size sofa sleeper located in the main suite and the two sleeping areas can be sectioned off and made private by the sliding room dividers! In addition to that the two bedrooms can be sectioned off and very private to each other by using the hallway door if needed. There is a full kitchen in the main suite and a kitchenette in the second room. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, all utensils and cookware are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, all utensils and dining ware are provided. There is and ocean view Lanai (patio) off of the main suite that is equipped with a table and patio furniture to relax and take in the ocean views! All beach towels and pool towels are provided along with some beach equipment including, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers and more!
The property is very close to the popular area of Wailea and Makena where you can visit more pristine beaches, eat at award winning restaurants and shop till you drop!
The Mana Kai Maui has one of those restaurants on site called The Five Palms! where you can dine on extraordinary cuisine and some of the best sushi on the island. The bar is famous for their late night happy hour with wonderful food and drink specials!
There is a rental shop on site where you can rent all of your ocean and land equipment! However, the condo does include snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, sun umbrellas, coolers and more!
Also on site is a convenience store where you can pick up all of your needed essentials during your stay!

The Mana Kai is probably the condo with the best views on the island! This unit was perfect for the stay with all the amenities you could need. It was clean, everything worked great and the layout is one of the best for a condo in this building. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here and will look to return! Thanks!!

Great stay!

The property and location was exactly as stated in the listing. We had a great time switching between the pool and beach, and the property was centrally located on the island, which made travel to other parts of the island easy. The onsite amenities (grill, common space, rentals, convenience store) were great to have as well!

We enjoyed the property. Snorkeling right out front was amazing, jumping waves in afternoon was a highlight too. Beds are comfy, snorkeling gear and cooler came in handy. This was a great location for all of our planned excursions. Enjoyed the pool, refreshing and clean. Great stay for our family. Highly recommend.

View was amazing...Outdoor double padded chair was perfect for watching sunsets. Clean and comfortable beds. The furniture(inside), baseboards, etc. are a bit worn down and dirty looking. All kitchen appliances worked well. Had trouble with the main TV reaching channels but Shannon personally came by and walked us through what Spectrum(the provider) had told her...worked well after that. Overall need a car to reach any good restaurants but that aside, we liked the small general market on the property and were able to walk to Wailea or Safeway for groceries. Also, the beach both ways is very walkable and throngs of people are doing just that!

Really enjoyed our stay. Check-in and out was easy and seemless. Very clean place with great views and close enough to the beach that you can really enjoy the sound of the surf. Pool was never overcrowded which is nice, general store on property is super convenient (not that other options aren't close by as it's a great location overall). Plenty of amenities in the unit. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect location. Steps from the beach. The listing was very accurate. Clean and modern. Plenty of space for our family of four. Having use of the beach amenities (chairs, snorkel equipment..) was very convenient. Kitchen well equipped to prepare your own meals but also very close to numerous restaurants. Highly recommend this stay!

Snorkeling is AMAZING

The property is so clean and the view is incredible. It’s one of the few places that have a beach at your condo. We loved being able to snorkel right off the beach. We swam with 5/6 sea turtles each day of our stay. The condo had everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location was perfectly located between Kihei & Wailea with lots of restaurants. The restaurant on site is closed which was a bummer, but they are supposed to be opening a new restaurant.

Great location

This condo fit all our needs. Great beach, fabulous snorkeling. There was not a day that we did not see multiple turtles just swimming around. Short drive to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this condo!!! We have been to Maui lots of times and we usually stay up in Kaanapali and I think this might be our new favorite location. Thanks again!

Shannon’s condo in Mana Kai was really nice. Our favourite place to stay in Maui. Her condo specifically felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we stayed there. Fully stock with all the essentials, comfortable furniture and not to mention there was beach gear that is generously provided for the kids and adults. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her condo!

Magnificent Time in Maui

509 Mana Kai was an absolute dream come true. The location is exceptional and exactly what we were looking for: close to resorts but a homey feel. It was our first time on Maui and I pray it won’t be our last and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the same place. I can’t say enough good things about this unit and the experience as a whole. Our hosts were very responsive and the room was immaculate loved every minute of our vacation with our teens. Thank you, Shannan and Mana Kai!

Amazing family vacation!

Our family of five absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect. We spent our days playing in the pool and the ocean and the fact that they were so close together meant that it was easy for one adult to take one kid to the beach while the others stayed at the pool or ran up to the condo to grab snacks. The condo and property were very clean (maybe the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in) and had everything we needed. The 808 General Store in the building was also very convenient. I recommend checking it out. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

Split our trip on Maui between 2 places, this room was better in every way. Equipped as if we stayed at Grandma's house, even a ninja blender that made great smoothies. Lots of pretty beaches on Maui but every beach we visited, we commented that that we should have just stayed "Home" -therefore we felt the location perfect. The golf course type lawn next to beach was an unexpected bonus -to be on the beach without getting dirty if you choose, although we did mostly relax in the soft sand. View was tremendous, will be hanging photos taken from balcony on our wall at home. Great AC, comfy beds, nice showers with good pressure, modern appliances, water filter, could go on and on - Very highly recommended!!
