Experience No. 604 at Royal Mauian, a comfy top-floor, air-conditioned beachfront sanctuary with breathtaking views. Nestled between two white sand beaches, enjoy the best of both worlds: dive into vibrant beach life or relax watching the ocean theater from your private lanai. Here, you have both.

Light open-plan living invites in the aloha breezes and the sounds of waves for ambience. The Master Suite offers a king bed for a restful sleep, while the Guest Suite can host your loved ones, adaptable with two twin/single beds (default) or as beds merged with king sheets (upon request). Each suite has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and cast-capable TVs.

Our well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals, coffee, or perhaps iced mai tais at your leisure. As the day ends, enjoy a BBQ from Royal Mauian’s rooftop garden, offering a 360° view. Numerous dining options are also conveniently located just across the road.

Guests enjoy the convenience of secure keypad entry, on-site parking, fast WiFi and clothes washer/dryer.

Royal Mauian is located in between Kama’ole I and II beaches. Sunbathe, swim or snorkel to spot sea turtles at the near-shore reef to your heart’s content. Take a time out at the heated oceanfront pool, pause on the lawn lounge to spot whales (seasonal), or take in one of Maui’s photogenic sunsets.

Located within a short five-minute walk, you’ll find a variety of grocery stores and activity opportunities - beach, surfing, snorkeling, paddle boards, biking, massage, nails and yoga. You’re at the heart of Kihei and Maui, ready to explore.

Within a 15-minute drive, you can visit the Maui Ocean Center, embark on a whale watching or Molokini Crater snorkeling tour, taste Maui Brewing Co., shop at The Shops at Wailea, or pick up groceries at Safeway. Plus, from Kihei, the roundtrip to Road to Hana or Haleakalā summit is shorter compared to from Ka’anapali.

Beautiful unit! Could not ask for more! Stunning views overlooking the ocean and beach, which are just a few steps away from the property! Super clean and had everything you could imagine you might need...even a set of 25-lb. hand weights to get a little workout in! What a great place to stay

Awesome place!

The property was just perfect. Great beds and living room and kitchen. Great amenities provided as well. Loved having access to beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach gear. The location was amazing. The beach was right off the property and there was a ton of locale shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Worth the money to stay here. So close to many restaurants all within short walking distances. The rooftop is magical for a sunset dinner. Owners are great communicators. Beautiful and clean accommodations.
