Beautifully furnished large, 2nd floor, 1 bedroom condo. Features 825 square feet of living space, with a full size kitchen. The unit has ceramic tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the pool with views of The Gulf of Mexico.
The Condo will be completely KEYLESS. This makes is easy for check-in and check-out. No hassles of collecting keys and touch-less.

The gated community with its private fitness center, club house and pools is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Minutes by car to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, fishing, golfing, The Pleasure Pier, convention centers and the Historic Strand District. The calendar is up to date and accurate. We have been visiting Galveston Island our whole lives. We live in one of the Houston area communities that allows us to continue our get-away visits to the Island.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the west end of the Seawall and wanted a roomy one bedroom condo. We were attracted to the Dawn because it is a community with great amenities, (2 pools, workout room wi-fi, and gated security) and impeccably clean grounds and common areas. Add the ocean view, Beach access, and what more could we ask for?
