・This is a privately owned vacation rental, not a full-service hotel.
・No Smoking:　Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the lanai, and anywhere on the property.
A $250 fine per violation, per person, will apply.
・No Pets Allowed
・Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
Trash Disposal:
Please use the trash chute near the elevator.
Do not leave trash in hallways to avoid fines.
・No Hanging Laundry:
Clothes or towels may not be hung on lanai railings or out of windows.
A $100 fine will apply for violations.
