THE VIEW

Begin your day with a sun-kissed sunrise or relax with a romantic sunset from your private patio with the ocean directly in front of you! The kids can play on the grass, dig in the sand, or splash in the waves, all while you watch without leaving your chair. You truly have the front row view with lots of grass and one-of-a-kind patio furniture. This unit is the only beachfront unit to offer cushioned chairs and sofas where you can recline and enjoy both shade and sunshine, with the ocean lapping at your feet. This is one of only 7 ground-level, corner beachfront cottages, which means you have 3 additional floor-to-ceiling windows showing the amazing panoramic ocean scenery from inside, including the Oceanside Pier.

D22 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with adaptable accommodations to ensure personalized comfort for each unique group's needs.

A plush pillow-top mattress, down alternative luxury pillows, and comforters await to cradle you in comfort. Ample storage space, a ceiling fan, and a 55” Smart TV ensure convenience and entertainment, while sheer and blackout curtains frame the breathtaking ocean vistas and sunsets.

The second bedroom is ingeniously designed with a queen bed and two twin XL Murphy bunk beds, offering a versatile space that easily adapts to your needs. Custom-built bedside storage, reading lights, outlets, and a 50-inch smart TV enhance the room's utility. Ceiling fans and layered curtains add to the room's comfort, while the foldable Murphy beds allow for an expansive living area when desired.

We booked this property for four days and we were delighted. It has everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries and you are set!! We loved everything about it including the views the sounds of the ocean the grounds are beautiful, a great pool workout room, and bbq spot. We will be back next year!!

This condo has a everything including being right on the beach, hearing waves, and friendly ducks. My only comment is, there is not enough lighting in the living room. My sisters were clearly happy by the location and being so close to the beach.

We were looking for a relaxed spot in North Coast Village and loved this unit. It was very comfortable and it was amazing to walk out on real grass and take in the view. The unit had everything we needed and took advantage of the great beach toys and enjoyed the clean and cozy decor. We notified the owners about one concern in the unit and they were on it in hours - just wonderful! We'll definitely stay here again in the future!

Absolute Perfection!!

I can't even begin to describe how perfect our stay was here at Neptune's Wink! From the personalized treats left for us in celebration of our anniversary and son's birthday, to the careful attention to detail and cleanliness (especially during these times), we were taken away! The condo was sparkling with beautiful furnishings and the location was simply amazing. The corner lot also allowed for additional privacy as we watched the waves roll in and out directly in front of us! The kids loved the direct access to the beach and played in the sand and surf all day. There were also more than enough boogie boards and beach toys provided to occupy them the entire day. We love Oceanside because of its "family friendly" atmosphere--neighbors were very friendly and respectful. We loved it so much we decided to stay another night! We will really miss the beautiful views of the pier and harbor, watching the evening sunsets together, and falling asleep to the crashing waves. Can't wait to return one day!

Everything about this experience was wonderful. This was our 1st VRBO. Communication with staff before and during stay was responsive and helpful. The property itself was newly furnished and very well stocked for anything we needed. We would stay here again.

The Good Bad and Ugly

We were very happy with the unit we rented. The beds were super comfortable. The manager brought new blankets in case we got cold because the nights did get cooler. We did not need them. The fireplace did not work and we were very disappointed. That was part of the reason we chose that unit. The people in the office where we checked in were not very accommodating. They gave us a map but we didn't know exactly how to get there. There were two ways, but we didn't know that. I am 83 years old and I was hauling my luggage up and down steps. My daughter was not happy when we went there to ask questions and it did not go well.

They forgot nothing!!

We loved this property! Beautiful view. Super clean. The owners provided everything we needed! There was never a moment where we said I wish they had this - it was all there! The view of the ocean from the unit is just spectacular. Having two parking spots was so helpful as well. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Highly recommend this unit and property!

We really enjoyed our stay..The location was one of the best in the complex as far as we were concerned..We had young children and the yard area was used a lot. And the access to beach was so convenient.. We had 2 condos a few apart and the young ones could run between locations on the grass..just perfect

We loved our stay at this rental in NCV! Beautiful ocean front, views were great. Close location to pool and extra amenties! Very little to complain about - for our aged kids - more of a shallow end at the pool would have made it more relaxing as parents 😉, we saw a few ants but if we kept things clean it was very minimal and my main thing that is more in the owners control would be get a new fitted sheet on the master bed - it doesn’t stay on!! Other then that - we loved everything and will be back in a year or 2 hopefully!

Great location!

My family have stayed at North Coast Village many times. It was our first time to stay right on the water at NCV - Condo 29D is right on the water. It is a great location for children with a grassy area for play overlooking the ocean and and area in front of the condo on the putting green. Easy walk to the sandy beach, downtown, to the pier and harbor. Many restaurant choices nearby. The condo was stocked as described in the rental agreement – plenty of beach toys, towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. A few minor maintenance issues were handled quickly and with concern for us to be happy with our stay. Overall experience was very good. We would stay there again.

North Coast Village

We have stayed at North Coast Village 4 years in a row. Condo 29D is right on the water. We were 4 adults and 2 children. Condo was clean. It was also airy. We did not seem crowded. It is a great place for children. An easy walk to the harbor with several restaurants. Short drive to Lego Land. The condo had all utensils. The complex is beautiful. The great part about the condo is you are right next to the beach. We will be back again next year.

A wonderful place to stay!

My family loved our stay at northcoast village! We stayed in unit 29D. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous week on the beach. A nice big kitchen, boogie boards, towels, a pack n play crib, toys. Wonderful master sweet and nice sleeping arrangements for the kids in the second bedroom. We go back each year to northcoast because we love this location. This units right on the beach where could sit right outside our door and watch the waves, surfers and we even saw dolphins! We love the sounds of the ocean and the ocean breeze. Mark and Shanna Warr were very helpful when I had questions, needed a late check out, needed to add an extra day etc. They were kind and I enjoyed working with them. I will be back again and again for sure! I love Northcoast!!!!!!!!

Family friendly beach getaway

We had a great stay at 29D. The condo was in the perfect location. We loved listening to the ocean at night and watching the tide come in & out during the day. The beach access was great. Our children loved searching for shells in the harbor side beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. There were tons of sand toys and even two nice boogie boards. Only minor complaint was that the coffee maker could use a good cleaning. Otherwise perfect stay!

What more can you ask for!

We stayed the month of November in this condo and enjoyed sunsets every night and having the water and sand right outside our patio. We thought our condo was great when compared to our neighbors. There are more windows and new furniture. The Kitchen is very big with a lot of counter space and was stocked very well. I like to cook so that was a big plus for me. Beds were comfortable and we had our grandkids come stay on the sofa sleeper one night and they said it was comfortable. The harbor was a favorite of ours since it is so close. We loved the grounds and the exercise room. Like I said we can't complain!

Condo at N Coast Village

Beautiful and spacious condo right on the ocean. Very clean and well kept. Within walking distance of the pier and harbor with a variety of great restaurants. The complex has community rooms with pool tables, ping pong, and a reading room. The grounds are secure, well kept, and remind us of a tropical environment. We had a wonderful time and plan to make this a frequent vacation destination. The management company was professional, responsive, and personable.
