The Busselton Getaway, a cosy, inviting home surrounded by peppermint trees, just minutes from the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. A truly special location, walking distance to both convenience stores and the beach and just a 2 minute drive the the heart of busselton.
Whether you wish to relax on the verandah or venture out, everything you require is at your fingertips. Ideal for families, the busselton getaway has kids bunks, a portacot, highchair and a range of childrens toys, bikes and outdoor swing.
Plenty of room to park your car and boat, large yard with outdoor shower.
The property is fully fenced with spacious verandah space making it an ideal and safe environment for children to play. Beautiful house surrounded by lush green lawns, perfect for a game of cricket or simply lazing under the peppermint trees.

The Home

This home is fitted out with quality fixtures throughout making it ideal for families. It sleeps 6 comfortably with the option of a fold out bed in the living area if required.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms (1x QB, 1x DB, 3x Bunk beds), one bathroom/ensuite with shower/bath adjoining the main bedroom. Large living area, meals nook, spacious kitchen, laundry and toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped for the cooking enthusiast with separate fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hotplates with plenty of bench space and plentiful crockery and servingware. There is an extensive range of cooking appliances, such as sandwich grille, pizza oven, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.

Rammed earth and cedar with exposed beams and spacious verandahs provide a rustic charm suitable for a cosy winter night or balmy summer days.

Kick back and relax outside in the hammocks or relax infront of tv with your favourite dvd. Wash the beach sand off your feet with the outdoor shower.

Cosy winter nights are best spent nestled by the wood fire with a glass of red wine.

The Local area

Geographe is a prime location withing the Busselton township. Just a short drive East of the town, you will find the Busselton Getaway. Just a 2 minute walk to one of the most beautiful, protected beaches in WA and located 100m from the local supermarket, liquor outlet and takeaway store.

For those seeking boating facilites, a 2 minute drive to the new Port Geographe Marina will find you a brad new boating facilities, a restaurant and tavern. Busselton is also known for it's fantastic seafood so bring your fishing rod and crab nets!

Best known for it's iconic Busselton Jetty, Busselton has a relaxed atmosphere ideal for the family holiday with plenty of parks and attractions for the kids.

Busselton township also provides some of the best shopping in the southwest with dozens of specialty stores.

Busselton is a great place to explore the Margaret River Wine region, well known for it's beautiful wine, gourmet food and art.

Loved the layout of the property which provided all the comfort features of a home. The verandah, lawn and trees surrounding the home gavenit a lovely feel during the warm days. Really happy with the property and would stay again anytime for the year.

Short break with the comforts of home.
This was only a short stay, but it was great to come to a house that felt like a home. This made the stay so enjoyable... no stress and no pressures. So for us to have this time away was great. I was surprised at all the things that were supplied, and I had brought more with me than I needed to. The gardens were lush and the plants neatly trimmed. It was a lovely surprise for my granddaughter to see a swing in the backyard, and there was lots of room for her to run around in. The location was great with the local shop being very close, and we were only a few streets from the beach. It was so good to be able to stretch our legs on the sand at the end of the day and enjoy the sunset. The main shopping centre was not far away either, so there was no problem when we wanted to do more shopping. I would highly recommend this place, and will return when we are next in this region.

Nice place. It is advertised correctly so you know what to expect. Still waiting for bond to be returned which is annoying but not the fault of the owner, it appears to be an issue with Stayz judging by reviews about the company.

Great little place and location!
We loved our stay amongst the peppermint trees! House equipped with everything you need. Great location close to beach and IGA just down the road and easy access to town - is also a nice walk into town along the beach. Thanks every much we loved it!

Casual family friendly cottage strolling distance to the beach
This place is a bit like going to stay at your grandmas, it’s all a bit old and dated but you feel right at home and you don’t have to worry about the kids making a mess. Our toddler loved the secure garden and box of toys. We struggled with mosquitos outside but don’t know if this was the area or just this property. Very close to the beach and the IGA over the road was convenient. A good option if you’re looking for something casual and family friendly but not worried about nice furnishings and fit out.

We came down for a long weekend with the family and stayed at this relaxed beach home. Close to the beach and little shop on the corner was so convenient. A cosy fireplace and comfortable amenities. Communication front the owner was A1. We spent our entire weekend under the peppermint trees on the best verandah 👌🏼

Lovely little home
We had a lovely time in Busselton over the Australia Day long weekend staying in this holiday home. The location is great, close to the beach, local shops, easy riding distance to the heart of town and the jetty for our children and leisurely stroll for us. Easy check in/out and it had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Nice property
We found this property to be very clean and comfortable. The gardens are well maintained. It does not have air con but fans are provided. It would be an excellent property for the winter as it has a wood burning stove. It is close to shops and the beach and is a 5 minute drive into the main shopping area and Jetty in Busselton.

Classic Beach Holiday House
We stayed here for a long weekend, a relaxing time. The owners were lovely and promptly dealt with our enquiries. Great fish and chip shop around the corner and we gratefully used the washing machine for our babies clothes! 2 streets from the beach and the verandah was great to have a wine on in the lush gardens looking at the sunset.
