We were concerned that there may by traffic noise being on a highway but we’re pleasantly surprised how quiet it was well laid out with everything you would need for a short or long stay

Thank you, Geoffrey, for your wonderful review and for choosing to stay with us in Busselton! We’re delighted to hear that you found our property to be a peaceful gem, despite its highway location, and that it was well-equipped for your needs. It was a pleasure to host you, and we’d love to welcome you back for a short or long stay in the future!
The property was clean and tidy when we arrived.
We were very impressed with the size of the property for the value, available adult sleeping facilities and the fact that there were 3 bathrooms! There was also sufficient heating so our stay was very comfortable considering it was winter. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great holiday home at this location.
The property was clean and also recently renovated which I would like to highlight. However, I made a booking for one night at this five-bedroom house, but forgot to include the number of guests. I informed the property agent afterwards, but ended up paying double the price. I believe the pricing for a house rental should be based on the property itself rather than the number of occupants, and I didn’t exceed the maximum occupancy as we were six guests in total . The wooden floors need repair as a guest tripped and fell. When I reported this to the agent, I received no apology, only assurance that the owner would fix the floor . There were spiders, mosquitoes, and other pests in the house, which the agent mentioned they couldn't control due to the property being in a wetland area. I was disappointed to pay nearly $800 for a night and experience poor service.
