House type T3 in the residence 'Le clos de socorro', with on the ground floor a living room / kitchen, veranda, terrace with barbecue, Wc.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with 2 independent beds, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with shower, wc and electric towel dryer.
Our house is located at the back of the residence, so quiet. A parking space is reserved for our rental.
The beach is 700m away, about fifteen minutes on foot.

Ein richtiges Wohlfühlhaus. Wunderschöne neue Küche. Top Ausrüstung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bezaubernde kleine Terrasse mit Sonne von 09.00 - 16.00 Uhr. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Excellent property in great location

Excellently equipped property exactly as described. Very quiet during our stay end of June. Walking distance to beaches, cafes , shops and bars. Highly recommend.

Schönes Reihenmittelhaus an ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, von Mixer bis zum Tischgrill ist alles vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse kann man von morgens bis gegen Abend die Sonne geniessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, vielen Dank.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons plaisir à revenir dans cette station à dimension humaine. Petit bémol sur les "animations nocturnes plutôt rares". Côté location, très bien. Tout y est. Évidemment, la climatisation a été très appréciée sur la période caniculaire. Béatrice, la dame qui s'occupe du logement, est bien sympathique, tout comme les propriétaires qui s'assurent que vous êtes bien installés.

Très bonne location

Location au calme, propre, dans une résidence close, proche des plages, avec climatisation et place de parking. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, funktionell und ordentlich ausgestattet (sogar Klimaanlage). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Allerdings liegt es im hinteren Teil der Wohnanlage und somit ist der Weg zum Strand entsprechend länger.

Bea met us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know, such a friendly reception! The apartment was perfect and close to a great boulangerie, restaurants and shops. Pierre met us on departure and drove us to Beziers! We shall return!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

In der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wenn eine Lampe defekt ist oder man irgendwas zu fragen hat, bekommt man schnelle Hilfe über den Ansprechpartner Beatrice. Falls möglich, gehen wir bestimmt noch einmal dorthin in Urlaub.

Nice place, well equipped but the small oven got very hot on the exterior which could be dangerous fue a child. Otherwise It was a lovely place to stay

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir konnten unser Ferienhaus, dank der netten Verwalterin, schon früher beziehen! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, mit Hund, in einem tollen Ferienhaus! Alles was man zum kochen brauchte war vorhanden. Es hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Auf der Terrasse waren bequeme Liege mit Auflagen vorhanden.

Clean and comfortable in a rural setting

We were in a good location for the beach and canal. You need a hire car to get around as quite rural. We arrived early April. All the properties and most nearby shops were closed and the on site pool was closed. We were unaware of this when we booked. Prooerty was clean and tidy. The garden that advertised green shrubbery and offered privacy to all the surrounding properties has been cut severely back so there is no privacy now. You look straight into all properties.

un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire et de notre hôtesse d'accueil sur place pour découvrir un bel endroit bien équipé , avec toutes les commodités. une semaine ou la météo a été au top pour nous. Excellent séjour.

Parfait

Un séjour parfait dans ce logement qui correspond en tout point aux photos. De toutes les locations que j'ai eu c'est la première fois que je trouve un logement aussi complet, tout est fait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. La plage est un peu loin (900m) du coup nous y avons été en voiture mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Hübsches Ferienhaus

Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert in dem Häuschen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es ist super eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren sehr begeistert was alles vorhanden war (Fahrräder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Küchenausstattung ect.). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch das Städchen. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir da waren. Nous étions quatre dans le chalet pendant une semaine et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il est bien meublé et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour de bonnes vacances. Nous étions très enthousiastes à propos de tout ce qui était disponible (vélos, parasol, équipement de cuisine, etc.). La maison est très joliment décorée et nous l'avons beaucoup aimée. La plage est à distance de marche et aussi la ville. Ce n'était certainement pas la dernière fois que nous y étions.

maison bien équipée et décorée

Maison coquette avec tout le confort et nombreux ustensiles, mobilier et équipement pour terrasse et vélos bien appréciables.Manque de luminosité dans la salle à manger-cuisine. Literie très confortable. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant! Résidence familiale très calme en cette saison. Ils nous a manqué le soleil pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour!

Très bien

Nous avons passés de super vacances. La maison était très bien, seul bémol, le manque de climatisation et d'armoire pour ranger nos courses. A part ça, rien à redire, la maison convenait à nos attentes.

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec nos petits enfants car la maison était très fonctionnelle et possédait toutes les sécurités pour séjourner avec des enfants en bas âges.
