Enclosed backyard and privacy fence. Short term/corporate rental with high speed internet. Fully furnished and all utilities included. Pets are ok. 20 minute drive to Tybee. I love the 1940's bungalow charm of this house and thought it could tie into the Gullah history of the low country along with the beach themes of nearby Tybee.
