Charming Cottage - Completely Renovated. Close To Downtown Savannah And Tybee

1950s Cottage. Extremely quiet neighborhood - wonderful place for a stroll with view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. Lighted tennis courts within walking distance. 12 miles from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. Completely renovated. All new appliances (all electric - not gas burning), systems, furnishings. Beds have luxury linens and excellent mattresses. 60 inch Samsung flat screen. Comcast cable with premium channels and 75 MBS internet connection.

We do allow dogs -NOT cats due to family member's allergy- but require that you confirm with us that they are on flea control. They are not allowed on furniture or bedding as this creates so much additional work for our housekeeper. Please be sure to read the pet policy and other house rules and contact us
We also have outdoor cameras viewing the front and back yard. We DO NOT have any indoor cameras.

Glad place for my daughter ( 11 years old) and myself with our doggies- able to walk to park nearby - nice screen in porch - rooms had plenty of space and very clean and safe We shopped and toured downtown Savannah, walked dogs through fort Pulaski, and even played at beach , it was a great place in between everything .

Another great Tybee trip!!!

We really loved the location, it was very quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, and not too far from Tybee Island. The house itself was perfect for us, very clean, everything worked, and plenty of towels.

Great little cottage.

This was an absolutely awesome stay. The cottage was in a quiet area, close to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Island feel

Very clean 2 bedroom home, beautiful, quiet street. Was perfect for our stay, had our local family come over for a BBQ and had plenty of room to hang out and have fun.

Peaceful Cottage

The cottage was a beautiful stay right across the street from the marsh. The neighborhood was quiet and gave a feel you weren’t 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah. Plan to stay here again.

Wilmington island cottage

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Only concern I had was lack of paper products (paper towels and toilet tissue) but we had a Publix nearby so it wasn’t a showstopper. That being said we would definitely visit again

Great place to spend Thanksgiving!

This place was clean, quiet and perfect for us and our two pups. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some extras! Beds were comfy too which is always a big plus for us. Convenient location between Tybee and Savannah. I hope to be back after retirement.

Beautiful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Cottage, and definitely would stay there again, it was quiet and they let us bring our little dog with us, unlike the beach where he (or any dog) wasn't welcome at all sadly . This was vacation for all of us and a place to call "home" while away from every day hassle . Next time, we would love to meet the owners.

Quiet and relaxing

Great location! Short drive to historic Savannah and Tybee Island. Very quiet neighborhood and good local restaurants less than 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the nearby tennis courts to play pickle ball. Jack was quick to reply to any question. Hope to return.

The best!

Came to this area for a wedding and to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! Lovely cottage. Amazing neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Took walks nearly every day. Highly recommend this cottage. Everywhere we went was within 30 mins and always a nice drive!!

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood and the neighbors. The street is very quiet - great place to take a walk. Public park and tennis courts within walking distance. Beautiful views of the marsh as you walk down the street.

What makes this property unique

Quiet and peaceful yet close to the action of either downtown or Tybee. Great restaurants (Lili's and Basil's) and two grocery stores on the island.
