This stunning log home with mountain views is walking distance to the bike path, hiking trails, fishing and nearby access to the National Forest. It sits on a treed lot in the Lake Forest Estates subdivision in Pagosa Springs. This is the perfect mountain getaway with all the amenities you'll need for either a restful break or an adventure packed vacation.

The first floor has a master suite with a queen bed, laundry room and large walk in pantry.

Upstairs on the main level is another master suite with a king bed, the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath. The master suite on this level has a gas fireplace and a private entrance to a sunroom. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has 2 sets of French doors that open to the large front deck with mountain views.

On the third floor is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper, a loft and a full bathroom.

Beautiful property tucked away from town, but close enough if you need to go grab something. Quite neighborhood where deer visited every morning. We were able to sit on the deck at night and star gaze. It did get hot inside during the day and at night, but there are box fans to relieve some of that. Would of loved to stay longer. Would recommend.

From our friends who stayed there -nice place, comfortable layout, a couple of dining chairs too broken to sit on, only 2 of the 5 plastic deck chairs were usable, genuine pain to prop heavy windows up with wooden towels to get ventilation inside, water & ice were pretty strange tasting, had to put slippery rugs aside for safety reasons, 9 am checkout is too early, however, fabulous views , good proximity to town & hiking, dishwasher was great, very comfy bed upstairs & lux furniture throughout.

This is a wonderful cabin. It is close enough to town to get in and out yet far enough away to enjoy nature, peace and quiet and see birds and wildlife (deer, wild turkeys). The host was absolutely wonderful and quick to respond to my questions. He was flexible with the check in and out policy, I would recommend this rental.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a quiet road and very well maintained. The home was beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. The basement room was very hot even with the thermostat on the lowest setting.

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The host was great at chevking in with us if we needed anything. This place was about 10 minutes from the springs and 35 minutes from Wolf creek so it was perfect for our group.

This cabin was a perfect getaway for our three families. It was very clean and everything worked out great. It is quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the wildlife and the scenery. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back here again if we ever stay in the area.

A beautiful house and setting, the porches were great. We had deer, wild turkeys, and an elk stroll through the yard! Our host was quick to respond to any question. A delightful spot just a few minutes from the activities of Pagosa Springs.

Winter Retreat

We loved the cabin! It sits on a lovely piece of property, so we thoroughly enjoyed being both inside and out! The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and clean! I am so glad we chose their home to rest and relax between sledding, walking downtown and sledding.

Super cozy, well updated mountain cabin! The host was very accommodating and the house had everything and more that we needed. We got to experience the house with no snow to ALL the snow!! The kids had a blast on the sleds that were supplied. The house made everyone feel so comfortable and had enough space for our entire family. Everyone had their own space and privacy. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Book here, you won’t regret it!

Summer Escape From The Texas Heat
