Peppercorn Cottage is the ideal get away to relax and rejuvenate in this quiet leafy setting. The Cottage has polished boards, high ceilings and ceiling roses. It has 3 bedrooms and one centrally located bathroom. Relax on the shady veranda at both the front and rear of the house. The house is securely fenced and with the cubby house is ideal for young families. The yard is suitable for pets, but all animals must be kept outside the house.

The Cottage has a washing machine, ironing facilities, dish washer, microwave, fridge and BBQ facilities. There is a TV and DVD player. It has ducted heating and evaporative cooling.

Peppercorn Cottage is a delight, warm and cosy with everything a guest could possibly need. A personal touch of a hand written note on a nice bottle of wine and nibbles was very much appreciated by us. Super comfy bed and lovely and quiet.

Cottage was very welcoming with the heating already on to receive us “weary travellers”. Beds very comfortable with E/ blankets. Well appointed in kitchen and bathroom -made us feel like we were home to enjoy. Thankyou for the bottle of wine to welcome on our most enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed our short break in Echuca. We enjoyed the town and surrounds and found the house perfect for our family of four plus our pooch.

We are a family of 5 who live in Melbourne. It is our dream one day to live in our little cottage in Echuca. We have always loved holidaying in the beautiful weather and river where we water ski.

Peppercorn Cottage is only a short walk into the port area. Most guests park the car and don't use it the whole time they are there.
