The Junction Boutique Apartment is a 2 bedroom loft style apartment situated within walking distance to everything Echuca/Moama has to offer.

What a perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in all the sights and sounds of the Mighty Murray River which is only a 300m stroll away. Follow the river down to the beautiful historic Port precinct and visit all the attractions it has on offer. Then why not wine and dine your way around the endless options of quality eateries, wine bars and pubs.

You can explore Echuca Moama at your own pace on foot or why not pack your bikes and explore the many trails Echuca/Moama has to offer. We have an abundance of bush walking tracks and riverside trail options all at your fingertips. Whether it be strolling along the Campaspe River walking tracks, walking or cycling along side the Murray River, taking a relaxing bush walk or jogging the scenic drive, the options really are endless.

If staying in is more your style the apartment boasts a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is decked out with everything you should need for normal cooking, including a pantry stocked with breakfast goodies, basic condiments, a variety of teas, coffee and milk in the fridge, just help yourselves. Over in the bar you will find the wine fridge, an abundance of wine glasses, a corkscrew and a bottle stopper if you need it. The dining table will seat six people comfortably.
In the living room we have a 50" LG smart TV with all the bells and whistles, you can catch up on all of your favorite TV shows or watch endless amounts of movies with the apartments very own Netflix account. We also have an old school DVD player with a large movie library.
Outside we have an undercover area, a 6 seat table setting and a lounge area which gives you plenty of room to entertain with friends and the grassed backyard is a great place for the kids to run around and play.

Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The large main bedroom consists of a king bed, a split system aircon/heater and TV which you can also watch DVD’s on. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed and a spilt system aircon/heater. We also have a porta cot available for use. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower, bath and toilet. We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Downstairs has a separate toilet/powder room.

At the Junction Boutique Apartment we provide all linens and towels.

The best weekend stay in such a long time

The apartment was so spotlessly clean & comfortable. Even the little touches like beautiful hand washes, body cremes, basic food items & modern kitchen & bathrooms all made it feel so homey. There was nothing the owners didn’t think of & it is such a credit to them.

Echuca is fabulous and kristy and her partner had provided a great home with extra touches like bread, milk and some yummy treats on arival. Nacho our dog found the back yard and the grassed area to be wonderful rubbing his belly on the grass in the Sun.I will recommend this property to friends and family. Little Gem!

Such a beautiful holiday apartment that we really loved. Everything was provided and was spotlessly clean. Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Best pet friendly place we have stayed in with a fully secured back yard that our little fur baby loved. Kristy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The perfect family stay

We came up from Melbourne for a weekend getaway to see the Moama Lights. This was a cosy, pet friendly stay. The hosts have made all the creature comforts available which was so considerate. Junction Boutique is a terrific townhouse

We stayed 2 nights at Junction Boutique Townhouse and enjoyed it. Kristy very generously provided lots of goodies and allowed us to check-in early. We were able to walk to most places in Echuca and only needed to drive over the new bridge to the Moama RSL for dinner. The noise from the school, which we were told about, was only a minor inconvenience. We have 11 grandkids!

The location is fantastic. The King bed needs to be replaced. It slants to the edge. Very uncomfortable. Hot water system regularly goes cold than hot. Overall a fantastic place to stay

The Junction

We had a fabulous stay at The Junction. The property was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. So much is provided for you so your first breakfast is well and truly covered. There is nothing that we needed to get - it was all there. The house itself is very comfortable and the owner is very approachable. It’s an easy walk to the port and central shops. We will definitely be back.

We are a little family of three, both my husband Frank and I (Kristy) were born and bred in Echuca/Moama. My husband Frank spread his wings and traveled in his younger years and I stayed local and worked my way up in a local business. We had a little daughter Eva in October 2012 who we absolutely love to pieces and who keeps us very much on our toes. We purchased the apartment back in May 2016 and after 10 months of extensive renovations (and a fair few fights) we were ready to greet our guests. We have put a lot of love, sweat and many tears into making the apartment what it is today and we pride ourselves on giving our guests the best possible service we can provide. We hope you can treat our place like a home away from home and relax and unwind and enjoy everything our beautiful town has to offer.
