About this property

Ultimate beachfront beach house

You will find yourself in paradise when you arrive at Absolute Paradise Beach House. This holiday rental is awesome. The location cannot be matched as it is so close to the water and has Turners Beach as its backyard. You have great ocean views from the upstairs lounge and balcony with a sheltered outdoor setting. The northern sun also comes into the House keeping it bright and worm. What we love the most about the house is its close proximity to the water. You can hear the gentle soothing sound of the waves lapping on the sandy beach from inside the House.

We offer a true Beach House and we try to cater for everyone's needs. This two story 5 bedroom Beach House can be yours from as low as $19 per person per night (Minimum of 10 people for 7 nights off peak). The house sleeps 8 upstairs and 8 downstairs. It has 4 queen, 3 double and 2 single beds.(Extra single beds can be provided) Upstairs is large and spacious and has 2 ensuite bedrooms and a 3rd with 2 singles. There is also a double futon in the lounge. Downstairs is also self-contained and arranged into 2 small apartments, each with their own bathrooms and one with its own little kitchen. Bring your family and bring your friends to receive a great rate.

With cooking facilities both upstairs and downstairs you can still be tempted to go out as there are so many great pubs and cafe restaurants to eat out in Ulverstone only 5 minutes drive away and Devonport is only 15 minutes away. Not to forget the new trendy gourmet cafe "La Mar," that has just recently opened in Turners Beach. It is a great local place to visit for Breakfast, Lunch dinner or Brunch.

I won't blame you for wanting to stay at the house and go nowhere as it is so nice however if you prefer to be out and about the surrounding area has lots to keep you occupied. Turners Beach is on the boundary of the North Central and North West coast tourist region of Tasmania. This is not going to be a good report Upon arriving It was the filthiest accommodation that we have ever stayed in A sign says take your shoes off but wearing white socks were soiled very quickly The filth in the bathroom in the shower tracks looks like they haven’t been cleaned for years Kitchen had to be wiped down before you put anything on the benches stove looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years The bbque was unusable Cobwebs DustCutlery draw was dirty Linen in cupboard not folded properly Sheet just rolled up 2 people wouldn’t stay there and those that couldn’t go was horrendous If we could have got our money back at short notice we would have gone somewhere else I don’t know if Stayz checks out the places but they need to look a bit harder Not a place I would or could recommend to anyone DO BETTER

Hi Susanne, I am sorry to hear that you found lots to complain about and only made me aware of it after your stay was completed and not when you arrived or during your 2 day stay. There's not much that I can do after the fact that you didn't complain when you arrived or for the duration of your stay. If there was something to complain about when you arrived I could have done something about it but once you leave and are no longer in the property what I do to follow up with can and will only improve the experience for others. My Mobile number is always included in the 2 check-in messages that you received and I never heard from you. I must admit that your communication with me directly did not exist until now. Thankyou for your feedback and I will endeavour to make the necessary improvements that are possible while maintaining the property in an affordable price bracket. Kitchen is well stocked and the place is nice and big. There was lots of space here for the 9 of us. Short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed, with cleanliness varying from room to room. There are several large dusty cobwebs in the stairwell ceiling and kitchen curtains and the dining room floors weren't particularly clean. Also some of the pillows were quiet old and flat and most of us required two pillows to sleep. But it was overall pretty good value for money and better than I expected from the photos.

Ocean in your own backyard! Great location, road trips in each direction didnt disappoint. House was in desperate need of maintenance, a deep clean and declutter. Appreciate the host arranged a plumber to check issue with water leak found on our arrival - not happy that we were unable to use one of the toilets for duration of our stay - hope it gets fixed before next holiday makers come to stay. Would be a great place with some upkeep.

Epic holiday house

We loved our stay, all 7 of us loved the house, everything you could need and more. Location was perfect, beach was amazing, everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are so thats a huge positive. We would love to stay again if/when we visit Tasmainia again.
