This superb 4 bedroom house in the exclusive Wildcoast Estate is within walking distance to the back beach and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.

The house is set on a large parcel of land (30,000 sq feet) with a tennis court, pool and spa, inground trampoline and a huge grassed area, all securely fenced.

The pool has solar heating and the spa is gas heated.
Bifold doors open out to an undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, leading out to the tennis court, swimming pool with spa and trampoline.

Inside, there is an open plan living area with open fire place and air-conditioning, large flat screen TV with Foxtel and a fully equipped kitchen. The games room has a TV, DVD, pool table, pinball machine, darts board, table tennis table and soccer (fuzz ball) and second fridge.

Master bedroom has queen size bed, ensuite, walk in robe and large parents' retreat with desk, couch, air-conditioning and TV. Second bedroom has queen size bed, built in robes, air-conditioning and TV.

Third bedroom has four single bunks and built in robes and fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. Sleeps 10 in total.

Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer.
