Sorrento Beach House has been stylishly renovated and furnished, featuring gorgeous French doors spilling out to the sunny north facing deck, perfect for alfesco entertaining and watching the kids play in the grassed garden area or swim in the pool. Your furry friend is also welcome to come and stay (by prior arrangement).



This is a gorgeous beach home with lots of charm and character. On the same block you will also find the Sorrento Beach Cottages #1 and #2. Perfect to also rent out for extended family groups and friends and special occasions. Please enquire with our friendly Bookings team for more information.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. The Neighborhood:

Sorrento is a popular holiday destination on the Mornington Peninsula, located between Portsea and Blairgowrie. It is a beautiful historic town, with stunning limestone buildings lining the main street and stylish shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants. At one end of the main street you’ll find the Sorrento front beach with the calm waters of Port Phillip Bay and the Sorrento Pier, and at the other end of the street is the Sorrento Ocean Beach with stunning rock pools and excellent surfing. From the Sorrento Pier you can jump on the popular Sorrento/Queenscliff ferry, as well as join organised fishing trips, seal and dolphin watching excursions, sight-seeing cruises, yacht charters and diving trips.



Other Things to Note:

The 4th Bedroom is in the Pool house, separate to the main house. It has a tri-bunk bed, which is a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.



The other 3 bedrooms are located in the main house.
