Bellbird Lakeside Cottage

FULLY FENCED AND GATED - cosy private one bedroom cottage by the lake set in a beautiful garden with relaxing water views and access to fishing and walking tracks. Wake up to lake views and the sound of bell birds in this tranquil piece of nature.
Fishing rods, prawning tools, a new Stand Up Paddle board and a fibre glass single kayak are available at the house to be used and looked after by the guests.

It has a locked up dog enclosure under the rear deck

We enjoyed our time at Beauty Point. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the beautiful areas of Bermagui, Wallaga Lake, Dalmeny, Kianga and Narooma. It’s the perfect cottage for us, 70s couple with 2 little dogs. All on single level, very comfortable, beautiful garden, lake view & lots of birds. Great hosts too.Our third (2 week) visit & we don’t like to leave.

Good little property to stay. Had everything we needed and very clean and tidy. Good views to the lake from the kitchen and balcony. Not far from town for supplies. Nice and quiet and relaxing .

Lovely location

Cottage is cosy and pleasant. Bed was comfy. Was a little concerned with security as front door lock was worn and lock box open when we arrived. Perhaps this was meant to make arrival easier? House had everything we needed.

Deep tranquility

The close connection with the lake allowed us to experience its many moods. It was a delight to watch the ducks, pelicans and waders as they went about their day. The ringing joy if the bellbirds was an added bonus as previously we lived at ‘Bellbird Cottage’ Bermagui and loved their bell-like sounds. A place to escape to and to refresh nestled close to Mother Nature. The cottage is well equipped - suggest a couple of hooks in bathroom for robes and towels but otherwise perfect.
