My 1938 duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed and one bath. It has its own private entrance that is accessed with a smart code. After we confirm the booking, I will send you the pertinent information about the apartment and the smart door code to enter the day before your arrival. The apartment is located across the street from Baptist Health hospital, and right down the street from UK. Kroger football stadium is only a 10 minute walk. Downtown is only a couple miles away, and Keeneland is only a 10-12 minute drive. The city ordinance states that, “the maximum number of occupants of this Short-Term rental cannot exceed 4 people”. Moreover, “guests are prohibited from allowing more individuals than the maximum occupancy allows”, which is 6 total. Therefore, no more than 6 are allowed on the property at any one time, and only 4 can sleep here. Thank you for considering my place! Chuck
