It's a lovely place. Proximity to Universal epic Universe not bad. Check in personnel was nice....at least the one that acknowledged me was. Check in location was difficult to find. TVs don't work wellWasher and dryer don't work well. Mattress is uncomfortable and noisy.

I’m sorry for the issues with the TVs, washer and dryer, and especially the uncomfortable, noisy mattress. We’ll have these items reviewed by our maintenance team. Unfortunately had so many issues with this property. It is NOT 'New & Gorgeous' as advertised. Issues: Washing machine (replaced whilst there). Fridge (replaced whilst there. Delivered at 0700 one morning which we had to take delivery of). Plumbing issues in master bathroom. Bed in master creaking when turning over. Clearly old and needs replacing Hairdryer in master would only work if you held the wire in a certain way. There should be an instruction booklet advising on how to use all the equipment in the house on arrival. We finally received instructions on how to use the TV in master 11 days after arrival. An instruction manual would have avoided this issue. However, I will say Millenium Management were fantastic in responding and trying to resolve each issue as they arose as quickly as possible. They just had to wait for the owner to provide authority to replace the white goods that had failed. Was just far too many issues during our 18 night stay.

Great Stay

Location was really good, close to lots of shopping, eating and activities for both children and adults. The unit was clean and spacious, accommodating two couples and two teenage girls very comfortably! We needed nothing! Just added some snacks from Publix and we were good to go. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay. 10 out of 10!

Great location, beautifully decorated. We did have to spray for bugs coming out of the garbage disposal (no I did not send pictures) but it was probably from left over food in the disposal. Other than that the property was perfect.

Excellent location with lots of space

The property is ideally located close to Universal Studios. We enjoyed being able to make breakfast every morning before heading to the parks. I would not recommend this if you have a limited mobility family member. While there is a bedroom on the first for, they need to be able to go up at least one flight of stairs to get to the kitchen area.

You had me staying in a townhome that you knew had problems and when I brought those issues to the front desk, they didn’t care. Even though a maintenance guy showed up all he did was put a band aid on them. Not to mention the time sitting around for him to show up and leave only to return again. I should have never had to do on my vacation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a team. I won’t be back.

Good rental

It was a good rental. I have no real complaints. The pictures are a bit out of order which was a bit misleading. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with the double vanity and shower/tub. It also has the bedroom with 2 twin beds. The first floor bedroom had the patio area. The location is fantastic. We were right in the middle of everything, making it easy to get to Disney, Sea World, and Universal.

Beautiful Place

Everything was nice. Would have had no complaints u til Day 2: Ants were on the counters and floor. In the toaster !!!! Didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything on the counters. Then when it stormed water started flowing from the side of the wall onto the family room floor. Other than that lovely place

I have stayed at vista cay every year for the past 10, outside of location this was the worst unit ever. Constantly called for repairs and infestations, water damaged ceilings, no drain worked , definitely nothing renovated or new. List is a huge misrepresentation

Clean and Stylish

The property was lovely! It was very clean and tidy, which I appreciated. I particularly like the color scheme of the walls and decor. The blues and grays are peaceful and modern. Check-in was fast and easy, and it gave me an opportunity to see the Club House. During my stay, I did go to the pool and pool deck twice. I would have gone more, but that is what weather permitted. I enjoyed being out there! It’s beautiful, clean, and if you’re hungry, order some chicken wings. Yum! If and when I come back to Orlando, I’d like to stay here again!
