Great location

We had a great stay. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and perfect location. The kids loved that the park was across the road. The mints, chocolate and bathroom products were also a lovely touch

Our host was very welcoming.This is the best apartment of its type we have stayed in. The amenities are in great condition and the kitchen especially is very well equipped.Everything about it is faultless.We have no hesitation in highly recommending this lovely place next to the park.

Excellent Location Excellent Property

Property is spotless. Right on the lake. Walk, drive, or Uber to a bunch of great restaurants. One hour from Waitomo Caves. Less than one hour from Hobbiton. Hamilton Gardens is very impressive. Perfect.

Perfect stay walking distance to Lake Hamilton and the town center!

Two friends, my husband and I stayed in this perfect townhome for a week while we were in town for a dragon boat festival at Lake Karapiro (about 30 minutes drive away). The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and provided a wonderful location for our stay. The home is right across the street from beautiful Lake Hamilton, so easy to take a morning or evening stroll and a short (15 minute?) walk to town for morning coffee or dinner. The home had everything we needed -- even fresh milk in the fridge for our morning coffee. If I am lucky enough to return to New Zealand, I would happily stay again!
