Beautifull setting with a comfortable spacious living area and bedrooms - a treat to have an ensuite off each bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here. Outdoor garden seating on both sides of the house were a delight to use in the late afternoon.

Kim’s property was wonderful. A beautiful rural setting, wonderful amenities, spotlessly clean and fully stocked. The perfect location to stay overnight when dining at Brae. Highly recommended.

Perfect rural retreat

We were looking for a peaceful rural retreat and this was perfect for us. The house is surrounded by nothing but farmland yet only a few minutes from Birregurra. The huge fireplace is a winter magnet and a very pleasant place to sit. Really relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

Property is in ideal proximity to Brae restaurant (3kms) and is clean, cosy & in a gorgeous peaceful setting. Would highly recommend if going to Brae or for a nice quiet weekend away.

Great house. Very clean. Beautiful garden and location. Lots of kitchen equipment and basic non perishables. Couldn't work out the album player and the TV was small and basic. I would stay again or recommend highly!

Cosy stay away

we really loved our stay at this property!! Kim was super helpful and quick with replies and accommodated to all our needs. House was beautiful and the outdoor area was dreamy and we can’t wait to come back in summer to enjoy this property in some warmth. Peaceful slice of heaven

I couldn't rate this place highly enough, the photos can't depict how peaceful it was staying here for the day and night. We enjoyed the outdoor space, lit the fire and enjoyed food while listening to the records that were available to us. No TV, noise pollution or people around, just a few girlfriends enjoying each others company. The space is super clean, the beds and furniture very nice and comfortable and everything you could need for a home away from home. It was nice to forget about the rest of the world for a night and we couldn't imagine it being in a cosier space. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house!

This is such a lovely modern and cosy house with unique features and lots of natural light. It has a wonderful garden and outdoor space for activities or for kids to run around! I wished we could have spent more time at the property. If we are back in the area we will absolutely be staying here again.

Relaxing getaway.

Eco friendly, organic , self sufficient, quiet, peaceful, rural. Great if you want to get away from the madding crowd. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Has a big enclosed trampoline and tree swing and various ropes gor climbing the old trees.

Home a short walk from Brae

Beautiful property in a lovely area, we stayed overnight and were able to walk home from an excellent dinner at Brae. The property itself was very well thought out and functional with all the thoughtful touches of home. We especially enjoyed the garden herbs and would be a great place for kids to play. The owners had excellent communication, hassle free check in and were very kind to let us check out a bit later.

Here for the food, stay for the vibe

We came to Birregurra to eat at Australia's best restaurant, Brae, conveniently located 3 kms down the road. We just needed a bed to rest our full bellies. What we got was a peaceful sanctuary, nestled in a clump of pine trees. The house is unassuming but craftily constructed and carefully designed. Loved the vintage and kitsch decor. Hanimex bedside lamp! We didn't bring the kids this trip but know they would love to run and explore the grounds.
