The new gourmet kitchen is equipped with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a new wine and beverage fridge. No detail has been overlooked! Our family area is newly furnished with comfort in mind, and offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone and a 55" SMART TV. The gourmet kitchen features all the latest gadgets to make cooking a pleasure, and is sure to delight the chef in your group. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in a seriously impressive view of the beach. You may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin swimming along the shore!

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, our condo accommodates up to eight guests. Designed with comfort in mind, each bedroom is furnished with lovely Pottery Barn furniture and linens. The master bedroom features a king bed, a picture window overlooking the beach, a Smart Tv and walk out access to the balcony. Our second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed, a Smart Tv and a view of the bay through expansive windows. The third bedroom offers two double beds, a Smart Tv along with a lovely bay view. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The complimentary WIFI service is upgraded with double bandwidth. Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit. Beach chairs are available to rent for a daily fee.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms and sauna, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed each unit per Hidden Dunes Security, no exceptions.

Cancellation: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
