Taylor Ranch Retreat- Near Downtown Asheville

Come spend some time in the country, yet still be close to the city.
This home 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Fletcher, NC and sleeps a total of 8 people. Enjoy the outdoor space with a nice hot tub to relax in or enjoy each others company around the fire pit. This property is neighboring a Long Horn Cattle Ranch that is private property, please do not go past any fencing or gates.
Climb the wood staircase to a spacious master bedroom with a king-size sleigh bed, en suite bathroom, and private deck. This bathroom has a soaking tub with a separate shower stall.
A landing/loft area at the top of the staircase overlooks the two-story, stone fireplace and open concept living/dining/kitchen area. It's a cozy spot to read a book on the comfortable full-size futon couch that can sleep 2 people.

The first floor has two off of the open living area. One of these bedrooms is an enclosed sunporch lined with rough sawed wood planks, it has a private balcony, a day bed (2 twin beds) and individual climate control. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen-size bed.

Towels and linens are provided for you.

The home is set back in the woods, very private with ample decks and yard to play in. This property is part of a longhorn cattle ranch, while there is green space to explore, please do not go past any fencing or gates. It is down a dirt road and is the perfect country setting for you to get the whole experience of the quiet life. This gravel driveway is a one lane road and is about 1/2 mile to the home. There is another home that you will pass that shares this driveway so please be mindful to go about 15 miles per hour down the road.

Dogs are welcome (maximum 2 dogs, no cats please) upon approval and a $125.00 non refundable pet fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish washing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on premises.

Perfect offline retreat
