About this property

Stunning Views, Private Pool Near Hastings St

Summary:

The coastal culture, relaxed ambience and natural attractions of Noosa Heads make for a potent holiday combination. Throw in this beautiful four-bedroom property and the stage is set for the getaway of a lifetime. Sitting up on Noosa Hill, the property is a showcase for the colours of Mother Nature, from the lush green canopy of its eco surrounds to the sparkling azure waters of Laguna Bay.

The Space:

Throw in golden sunshine and a cloudless expanse of blue sky and it’s an intoxicating invitation to enjoy the moment and make lifelong memories.

Drawing in washes of natural light through broad expanses of glass, the property’s floor plan stretches across triple levels, with the bedrooms positioned for privacy, including the master suite that takes up the entire top floor. This puts the lifestyle focus downstairs, centred on a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen hub which is zoned by chic furnishings and offers myriad spaces to cook, eat, chat, relax or even just take in the spectacular views.

From here, the area flows through to a large balcony and resort-style inground pool, which are furnished for every occasion, be it an alfresco dinner prepared on the barbecue, a chat by the pool or a relaxing few hours stretched out on a lounger engrossed in a good book. The neutral colour palette echoes the design scheme inside the home, which is enlivened by beautiful woods, natural textures and chic art and accents.

With close proximity to Noosa Junction, the property is practically positioned to take advantage of its wide array of facilities, from restaurants and shops to cinemas showing the latest releases. In the other direction lies iconic Hastings St, with the 10-minute walk just long enough to whet the appetite for Noosa’s major tourist hub, famous the world over.

Browse and buy from the friendly local retailers, hit the golden sands and azure waters of Main Beach, explore the lush haven that is Noosa National Park or tackle the waves at the popular surf break. Whatever you decide, a must-do for every bucket list is a meal at one of Hastings St’s famous local restaurants, where the menus are as artistic as they are delicious. Book a table with views across Laguna Bay and taste the faint salty tang of the air as you tuck into the freshest local seafood and produce.

Like everywhere else in this little corner of the world, it’s about having – and making – the time to live in the moment, indulge the senses and embrace the grounding power of Mother Nature. Do that, and your holiday getaway will quickly become something so much more.

The Neighborhood:

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
