About this property

The Sandbar-Walk to Little Beach & Shoal Bay Beach

As this is a house and not a unit, you will have your own private space and no stairs to climb! All beds are made and bath towels provided. You can walk in and everything is ready for you to just sit down and relax or head straight to the beach. You don't need to worry about keys with key-less self check-in.

Entertain yourself in the evening with Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and Hayu (own login required) plus 30 free movies per month, digital TV and unlimited fast WiFi.

Outside there is plenty of space for your pets and toddlers to roam around with a fully enclosed gated space where you can cook up a storm on the 3 burner gas BBQ.

Pack light as there is a 7kg washing machine, dryer and iron with a fixed clothes line and portable clothes hanger to catch the afternoon sun. There are parking spaces for 2 cars on site and additional free street parking right in front. Need groceries? Simply have them delivered to your front door whilst you are out and about.

There is a king bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single trundle bed available. The living room has a double sized sofa bed.

The property is pet friendly, pets can be inside and sleep inside except pets are not allowed on the beds unless you bring your own bed linen. The yard is fully enclosed and includes a grass lawn. If you wish to bring more than 2 pets please enquire before making a booking.

Five stay location

I really enjoyed the location of this property and how close to the beach it is. It was only a 5mins drive to the centre and all the shopping and eating opportunities. The outdoor courtyard was very private and nice to sit in and enjoy to beach air. Definitely planning on visiting again

We Loved staying at Annie's place it had all we needed plus much more. Ducted air conditioning for those cold days great kitchen bathrooms & separate bath rooms. Lots of pathways to two great beaches and walks with the doggies. We want to rebook latter this year.

We had a lovely stay. The property was neat and practical, there were plenty of walking tracks to explore with the dogs, and we were only a block from the beach. Wests club and Nelson Bay town centre are only minutes away. We found everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Relaxing

As a disabled person in a wheelchair, it was accessible and I could bring my service Dog. It was located near an accessible pathways too beautiful Little beach and nature corridors.

I am Canadian and have been living in Sydney with my Aussie husband since 2015 after spending 7 years living in London. My husband fondly remembers holidaying in Nelson Bay growing up and we love the area, so decided to purchase a holiday home here. We wanted somewhere we could take our young kids to swim at the beach, go on nature walks, visit animal parks nearby and build memories of our own. When we can, we happily take advantage of working from home here in a relaxed, scenic environment.

Why they chose this property

We loved this house because it is so close to two amazing but different beaches, with the added benefits of a house rather than an apartment. Great for babies, kids and pets. Solidly built and functional with a nice sunny outdoor area.
