Ocean Breeze Ocean Grove

Ocean Breeze is a fully self contained 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom renovated residence conveniently located in ocean grove, with Barwon Heads and surrounds within easy reach. This gives magnificent access to some of the coasts most spectacular beaches and views. Sleeps up to 15 people. 2 Queen sized bed, 1 tri bunks (single bed & double bed), 2 bunks bed (4 single beds) & 2 sofas beds. Also included is large open plan lounge area.

The residence has an open plan living and gourmet kitchen area. The luxury kitchens is fully equipped with the usual appliances including:

~Oven & Cooktop ~Microwave ~Dishwasher
~Large Fridge ~ Pots & Pans ~ Crockery, Cutlery, glasses etc

Ducted heating and cooling air conditioning.

The large open plan lounge has a Plasma TV. A DVD player with a good sound system which can also be used for playing music CDs.

The main bathroom has a shower & bath. There is also a separate toilet. The ensuite has a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.




Site facilities include large private garden and courtyards, with outdoor furniture, bbq areas, and off street parking. Washing Machines, Irons, Ironing boards are also supplied.

Spacious and comfortable

Ocean Breeze Ocean Grove was the perfect house for our group of twelve plus two toddlers. Enough room for everyone without getting in each others way. The outdoor area was just perfect for all of us to sit and eat our meals together. The house is very well equipped with plenty of crockery and linen. Location is perfect.

A good place to stay for a large number of people but all the fittings are cheap and there were not enough blankets and as a result some of us were cold. The towels were very thin. We probably would not return.

Perfect place for a big family. Clean, new, so much room, great location.

We wanted a relaxing long weekend away and certainly got that here. This place was perfect for us. With 10 adults and 2 children it’s often hard to find enough sleeping space but this house had more than enough comfortable sleeping areas. Very clean, nicely furnished. Couldn’t fault it. We will be back for sure.

Good location - good facilities.

Good location, 10min walk to beach - 15min walk to shops. Property had an excellent air-con system, comfy couches, TV was decent, kitchen facilities were great. Suggested improvements: - new mattresses: the beds were unfortunately not that comfortable, with springs going straight into your back. - new bed frame in the master bedroom: the bed frame had been broken before we had our stay here. Screws fell out of it as I turned over in my sleep.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The property is spacious, clean with quiet location. It's also within walking distance to the beach. However, I'd like to suggest an improvement in parking spaces at front yard as it was difficult to accommodate multiple cars.
