Outstanding pet friendly modern property with all amenities and terrific views.

Our place is close to the beach, restaurants & family-friendly activities, has terrific views and a great garden.

Now set up for work from home with dedicated office space, printer and NBN to the premises.

Quality furnishings, comfortable beds, premium linens and a
chef's kitchen as well as a large electric frypan great for cooked breakfast, a sandwich press and a gas BBQ.

Large flat-screen TV, full stereo system, fast NBN WiFi and Netflix makes a stay with us a pleasure even if the weather's marginal.

It's a prestige property that ticks all the boxes-elegant, but still a user friendly beach property.
Great for families and groups of friends but affordable enough for 2-4 guests.
We are pet friendly with a fully enclosed, large garden.

We are based in Melbourne, have always loved the area and intend to eventually retire here.

What makes this property unique

Architect designed, modern but still a genuine beach house.

Massively insulated with upstairs reverse cycle aircon and Morso wood heater.

Family friendly open lounge area with 2 couches, a leather reclining seat and a 65 inch tv and soundbar with Netflix.

Dining seating for 8, leading to the deck a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating.

It's a full Chef's kitchen with all appliances - dishwasher, gas cooktop, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge freezer and the all important Nespresso machine.

All bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding doors leading out to the decking.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, built in robes and an electric wall heater and a portable fan
Second bedroom has a double bed and robes and heaters and shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has 2 singles and a solid, high spec bunk bed.

The laundry has a front loading washer and dryer for those family stays plus plenty of storage area as well as a portable plug-in vacuum cleaner.

Set up for "work from home" with desk in a dedicated office space in the second bedroom near the modem.

We have a large kitchen garden with fruit trees, berries and herbs which you are welcome to use all in a space secured for your pets.
