Nice secluded area by the water. All the comforts of home. Stove refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave toaster. private entrance whole apartment is yours for your stay.The bedrooms have queen size beds. There are Pots and pans for cooking and silverware. This is in a small fishing town that is very Laid back and relaxing. If there are couples staying this will accommodate 6 people. There is a balcony where you can sit and watch wildlife. There is parking for your boat. There is a picnic table under the balcony to sit outside.

Deer Sanctuary

The place is on the older side, but very clean and efficient for what I needed. Had a hick up with receiving the check in info but once I got in touch with the owner everything went great. She is a super nice lady. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Fishing trip

Had a nice stay at this property. There was boat parking available. No external hose or outlets for boat clean up or charging. Does the job for overnight stays and a place to lay your head. Check in/out was easy. Cold a/c and good appliances. Overall decent place.

Check in and communication with property manager was great. Unfortunately the property was not in good shape. It lacked in cleanliness and the condition of the property wasn't good.

Good for a fishingtrip

We enjoyed our stay. Anne was a great host. I rated this a 5 because the house was clean, comfortable, and fairly well equipped. The house is pretty typical for Port Mansfield so I don't really compare this 5 rating to other areas that I have stayed. I think the primary guest would be fishing, I would recommend adding a fish cleaning station, and electric plug outside to be able to charge boat batteries.

Port Mansfield

Cleaning cost not clearly communicated. Air conditioner struggled. One unit did not cool at all. Two bedrooms don’t have air vents making it impossible to close doors for privacy. No tv initially but in place on last night we were there. Minimal kitchen supplies. Light bulbs out in several lamps. Sinks don’t drain well. A little worried about access by others while we weren’t there. Having said all that, we really were only there to sleep as our plans took us out most of the day/evenings. And it is Port Mansfield.
