Perfect place for a family get together

The property is a short walk to Jan Juc beach and has beautiful beach vibes for your group. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us with 4 rooms including one with a cot. Place was clean and comfy with great balcony for barbecue dinners.

Stunning beach break

Property was very well set up and perfect to just relax and enjoy. Quiet and well located for a morning beach walk with good coffee from the local cafe. Surrounded by parklands and easy access to Torquay.

Great place, quiet area

The house was lovely in a quiet court, close to the beach and great walks and shops. I took my dog on a different walk each day - a great location! Communication was easy and check-in effortless. Highly recommended.

Great family getaway

The house was perfect size for our blended family. Close to park and beach was definitely a bonus, hardly had to use the car. Backyard perfect for the dogs loved it too. Traci wonderful and easy to deal with. All up we had a relaxing time with the family.

A Beautiful Beach Haven

A beautifully presented home in a great location . Everything you needed was in the house , information to all the local attractions, local eateries & things to do. Being pet friendly also was a major attraction for us as we travelled with our 2 fur babies & the property had plenty of secured yard for them to play in. The house was beautifully presented & spotlessly clean & recommend to anyone for a great value place to stay for a break or holiday.

The host was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly when we had to check on a couple of things when we first arrived. The house was perfect for our family, with a very pleasant large room on the first floor. The garden was also a great area for our dog. The mattress in the portacot was very hard and an extra softer mattress would have been welcomed. All in all a lovely stay in a quiet area close to the beach.

Great, quiet location, very comfortable

The property is very well located, just a few minutes drive from the beach and all the services you could need in Torquay. It is well equipped, maintained to a high standard, quiet with lovely district views from the upper deck The kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of crockery glassware and cooking implements. Multiple outdoor spaces allow you to seek the sun or avoid it depending on your mood. Very good communication from owner. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Christmas Beach Break

Thanks to Traci, my family and some international guest felt right at home in the property. Although the weather was poor, we were in walking distance to the beach and coastal walking track, and a short drive to the shops, etc. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the premises was spotless on arrival. Traci was easy to contact and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend a stay at the premises.

Nice place

Nice quiet, clean place in Jan Juc. The bed we slept on was a bit uncomfortable and after adjusting the water temperature for showers/baths it still wasn't hot enough. Would suggest getting a cordless stick vacuum if you expect guests to vacuum a three level house before they leave. Overall a nice house, pleasant stay.

Water temperature is instant and can be adjusted to 50 degrees . Quite hot. If you have had a pet inside that sheds , we do ask that you quickly vacuum on departure. All mattress's in the house have comfortable pillow tops, electric blankets and quality linen.
