Beautiful cabin on the river. This cabin is open and spacious with 4600 sq. feet under air there is more than enough room for everyone to have fun. The 28' vaulted cieling in the great room is as majestic as is the stack stack stone, wood burning fireplace to match. 60' flat panel tv. The chefs kitchen with sitting bar flows into the great room and extra sitting area to keep all of your freinds and family close by complete with 1/2 bath. A five burner ceramic cooktop and double oven complement the kitchen that is stocked with all you will need to prepare a fabulous meal. For the BBQ master in the group there is a Weber Genesis gas grill with side burner and also a charcoal grill steps to the kitchen.
Main level master suite also has a stack stone jacuzzi tub,and a king bed.
Upstairs is a bdrm. with a queen and a twin bunk and a king bed in the sleeping loft and a full bath.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bunk, the other a king with a jack and jill full bath.

How many ways to have fun?: Inside the cabin, game room you'll find a pac-man arcade game, 8' slate pool table, air hockey, fooseball, card/game table, stereo ,fridg. and a suana. outside is a 7 person hot tub, horseshoes, a fire pit and enough rolling yard to play football. Down by the river.there is a picnic table and a fire pit. with its gentle flowing water you can take a stroll, grab a tube and float it, Fish for trout, smallmouth, redeye or other fish right out your back door or just sit back and enjoy. With 70' of decks across the back of the house lined with chairs you may just want to relax watching the others play(keep an ear open for Dollywoods train horn}. No matter what you plan on doing this fabulous cabin can suite you needs and then some.

VERY DECEIVING

Rundown, downstairs toilet not working when we arrived. Smoke detectors chirping, no upkeep. Carpets filthy. Kitchen floor falling in. Hot tub not working. No sauna.

Family vacation

This house was the perfect size for our family of 13. There were a few small things that could have made this cabin a 10/10. For instance: -there were quite a few lightbulbs out and no replacements in the house. -the gate on the stairs was broken, so watching the toddler was a must. -the stovetop was cracked, so you have to be careful if you are cooking in the cabin. The address also takes you to the house across the street, so you have to make sure you know what the house looks like. The cabin was away from the main strip, which is a huge plus in our book. It was nice to not be in traffic all the time and enjoy being all together in the house. Overall, 7/10. Planning on booking again!

Family vacation

Our family of 17 had our first family vacation & We had enough space for everyone!!, however there's so many issues with the property I would not refer anyone to this cabin. Top level shower leaked to the main level, projector was broken, not 1 comfortable bed, hot tub was broken, jets in the master tub did not work, stove top has a crack on it, some of the electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, the ski-ball table & foosball table were great, but the pool table is broken, the heating element in the dryer is going out, so we had to start it back up multiple times to get them dry. We made the most of our stay, but for our family, unless things get fixed, we will not rent here again. m

Return trip did not disappoint

This is our second time renting this property for our group traveling to a women's conference in Pigeon Forge. This is a beautiful place with a great proximity to the conference meeting place. The cabin is roomy and well kept. Our only complaint was a squeaky fan in the living room that we just turned off. Thank you for a great place to stay at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this place.

Great Place!

We were all greatly impressed by this house! Very spacious and very clean. As a family of 10 adults and 2 children, we had no problem getting around each other. Every one had their own room and beds. The property was beautiful. Hot tub was great. Minor problem was no light where the washer and dryer was located.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this location for our family vacation. We got a message the day of check in letting us know the cabin was ready. This cabin was beyond perfect. It was spacious with two bedrooms downstairs one on main and two upstairs. The river is just out the door down the hill. You do have cross one non busy road to get to the creek but it wasn’t far. The house had tubes and even a wagon for use. The hot tub was great and right out the bottom level from the pool table theatre and game room. Plenty of restrooms and showers. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The house location was awesome with a dollar general right down the road (5min) and Tanger outlets (10-15min). Look forward to staying here again.

Long Family Vacation

Our stay itself was great but, the house definitely needs some TLC. We never felt that we needed to wash everything before using but here we definitely had too. I actually took some pics of things. Many things need to be replaced from very dirty carpet, cracked flattop stove, coffee pot ( pot did not fit we had to buy a new one which we brought game with us), pots & pans should all be thrown out, I could go on… overall it is a great place and I would probably stay there again but know of things I would take along

Great, big cabin!

This place was perfect! The river access is great and convenient. Lots of space for a large family or friend group to sleep and enjoy activities like the game room and the projection room. Looking forward to my next stay!

Was hoping for more

This was our annual Youth Staff Retreat. We had look d at many properties before choosing this location. Upon arrival we were informed that the was a problem with the water. This was understandable and we waited for the plumber to fix the problem. After getting the water back on we expected the problem to be fixed but we were wrong the entire weekend was spent dealing with no water and fifteen people try to use the bathroom. We had to go out and buy gallons of water to flush toilets and many were unable to shower. Also the house was dated and looked as if it had not been cleaned in awhile. Getting in touch with the property manager was very difficult. I understand there were underlying circumstances but we should have been given some type of refund for all the money we had to spend to make our trip comfortable. Obviously we will not be going back to this property!

Red Bank Circle

Needs a lot of TLC. With a deep cleaning.Appliance upgrade water an ice in side by side frig in kitchen does not work. Frig downstairs did not work freezer section did work. Needs outside shurbs maintained. It was convient to Dollywood.We did enjoy our stay. With a little upgrade it would be fabulous place for a large family to stay an enjoy the area.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was really nice and comfy for us. the kids enjoyed the slide and walks to the river and just playing in the yard. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Quick response on questions we had.

Fabulous Home!

It was a wonderful place to stay! The amenities were stellar. The house was perfect for a "Staycation." The location is accessible to entertainment and shopping. We hope to return and enjoy this home again.

Disappointed with owner

This property was accidentally booked for 2022, when our intended date was 2021. THIS PROPERTY HAS NO REFUND! Unfortunately, VRBO does not provide the year when booking and an error occurred. We arrived to stay in 2021 and discovered it was booked for the following year. Despite the owners knowledge of the accident and our departure to serve our country of seas, he was not responsive to our over 8 messages and 8 months of requesting a refund. When no response was received to our refund request, we asked to change the date and move it forward - hoping we might be able to use it while on home leave. No response until a month before the rental date, and at that time the response included an undisclosed additional amount to be paid to change the date. With the poor response from the owner, we decided to eat the cost and send our friends. They loved the location and access to the river but the place was worn and could have been cleaned better. There were cigarette butts left in ash trays and in sand buckets outside; a random shirt was left outside on a rail; carpet stains; burned kitchen counter top which was covered with a cutting board, etc.

This huge cabin has a huge front yard for kids to play and hang out.
It has a small country road that you can walk across to get to your own private river front were you can fish, play and float you cares away. Plenty of room for everyone .

What makes this property unique

Private river front across small two lane country road.
Kids can't get to it with out you. (Safe)
Alarms on all windows and doors so you know when one should open or close.
open floor plane so you can cook and still be a part of the party. Near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and just really everything.
