Spacious & Bright Townhouse! Almost in Beaver Creek and less than half the $$

Welcome to the beautiful Vail Valley! This 3 bedroom townhouse is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation to enjoy fabulous skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing and sightseeing. It is on the bus route just one mile east of Beaver Creek Ski Resort, home of World Cup ski racing, and only seven miles west of Vail Ski Resort, the largest ski area in North America.
The large vaulted great room on the entire upper level is fabulous for entertaining your family and friends! With a wall of windows facing the mountains, gas fireplace, long eating bar and island and a generous dining area you will not want to leave.
All bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are privately located on the the lower level. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closets and a master bathroom with a two-sink vanity and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom (bunk room) has two bunk beds with two twin beds above two full-fized beds, and sleeps four adults or up to six kids. The laundry room is conveniently located off the hallway outside all the bedrooms and has a new front-loading washer and dryer.
The entry and half bath is on the split level between the upper and lower floors. The entry vestibule has a wide closet with plenty of room for shoes, boots, jackets, skis and snowboards.
One of the best kept secrets is the Vail bus system which is just steps from the front door of this home. The buses make over 160 runs per day and night to ferry you back and forth between either resort. The location of this unit facilitates using this asset to help you avoid parking hassles and simplify your group's schedules.
When you return you can start the fire, plug in your music, pour a drink and relax. The TV is available via streaming from your personal device. Chromecasts are installed on both TVs allowing you to cast your shows to the TV. You will need to download the Google Home app if you don not already have it on your phone. Eat at excellent local restaurants or stay home and cook in the very funcional kitchen. You will quickly feel very comfortable in this very spacious, warm and light-filled home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage and recycling are in a shared shed at the end of the driveway behind the unit (the next driveway on Stone Creek Drive). Remove your garbage and recycling before leaving.
Please start a load of towels as this helps reduce the time to get the unit ready again. Stripping used sheets and leaving them in their respective rooms is appreciated.
Don't forget to sign out of any streaming services you may have signed into on TVs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The townhouse is a quaint, older unit in an excellent location, close to Avon, Vail, and Beaver Creek. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The unit offers ample room for 6 people. Despite being an older unit, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and living room provided all the basic necessities. There were minor internet issues, nothing alarming. Christina responded to our emails and text messages promptly, was very friendly and eager to help, and resolved issues. I will recommend the townhouse and will rent it again if the snow conditions improve in the area. Thanks Christina.

Excellent property close to multiple ski resorts

Just got back from our short stay at this property with my family. Everyone absolutely loved this property. It has everything you need and it is super close to Beaver Creek and Vail. The owner of the property is very good and was very responsive to all our questions. Will definitely come back.

Vail ski trip

We had a great stay. The condo is roomy and comfortable with plenty of places to sleep and hang out. The location is perfectly situated between Vail and Beaver Creek if you want to ski both properties. There is convenient parking for one or two cars in the driveway area. We will absolutely stay again if we have the chance to hit the ski resorts in the area again.

Great combination of location, price and supplies

The hosts were easy to work with and the unit was well stocked. With bus stops out the front door, travel to ski hills was simple. Lots of wide, groomed walking trails on the golf course. Large living room and kitchen up stairs and three bedrooms down plus newer washer dryer. Newer carpet and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are original. I’d come back for sure.

Great Ski Vacation Base House

Place is well located for skiing Epic Pass mountains. House is very clean and well equipped. Everything worked. Kitchen is great for cooking. The only downside were the types of beds. The bunk beds are great for kids and maybe teens but a little less so for adults.

Much more than the four of us needed. Great place with comfortable upstairs for hanging out and cooking. Do not go grocery shopping before getting to the condo. Tons of stuff you will need cooking and preparing food and even some food in the freezer. Bring your Netflix password with you. Directly across the street from the bus pick up.

Roomy home with many amentities

The house comfortably housed 7 adults for a week of skiing. It is conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek. An ECO bus stop is located just across the street and a Wal Mart, Home Depot and Walgreens are just a few miles up the road. The house has everything you need and the amenities in the kitchen are exceptional. Christina communicated thoroughly and timely. Controlling the temperature was a little tricky at times as the thermostat is upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. All in all, we loved the place and would highly recommend it.

Amazing place to stay in the mountains. The condo is super spacious and has tons of storage. It was a perfect place to stay with friends for some skiing. Located super close to the bus stop too.

Family ski vacation

Overall the property fit our needs perfectly. The location and layout of the spaces are ample for a medium size family. The sinks had chips and rust issues and the main ceiling fan had a considerable amount of dust build up. Lots of left over food in the fridge and cupboards so much so that we had to leave our canned goods in the tote. These were minor inconveniences though and easily solved … except the sinks that need replacement. Watch out for ice build up in the car port from melting off the roof.

Comfortable and convenient!

Very comfortable townhouse, but nothing fancy. Great location for Beaver Creek. No broadcast television service is only complaint, but they did have netflix. I would stay again! (But they could use some new matresses!)
