An amazing place to stay!

This is an amazing property. The beach and pool are very close. It was very clean and spacious. The owner kept in contact with us throughout our stay which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this rental! Our family of four spent a week here. Loved being able to rotate between the beach (which we had to ourselves most times!) and the pool. It was about 40 minutes to Old San Juan and an hour from the rain forest. Loved having a washer and dryer. Our family played cornhole on the rooftop patio every night after the sun went down. The property manager was great at handling the issues we had getting into the condo. Answered immediately and took care of it within seconds. Highly recommend!

Hi Christina, glad you and your family enjoyed the stayed. Even though all the beaches in PR are public, the one behind the condo is so far form the street that basically only the people that are at the condo use it.

There is an issue with the AC They have timers and motion sensors that time out very quick. We came in July and unfortunately, the system couldn’t cool down. We ended up calling the next morning needed something to change. Once we were able to override the timers and cool the space down, we were able to enjoy all aspects of this space.Lots of beach amenities available; a large washer and dryer. Community pools and a security guard in this gated community.Layout of the place was amazing. Our point of contact Justo was wonderful! He was very helpful with the AC, great check in/ out.Negatives: 1. The beaches nearby are not ones we wanted to swim in; lots of sorghum seaweed.2. This part of PR has little to ... consider that when booking. We drove further than we realized (we stayed for 2 weeks at 4 locations). This one was the least convenient to our plans. 3. Random, but they didn’t have pots or pans. We struggled to cook with just plates/toaster oven.

We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, beach amenities, community pools, and other features of the property, and we especially appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and assistance with the A/C. We’re sorry the A/C settings made it difficult to cool the space initially, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re also sorry the available cookware did not meet your needs. We’ll make sure the pots and pans are clearly stocked and accessible for future guests.

My wife and I had the best time. The penthouse was just as beautiful as the pics. Definitely loved it, will definitely be going back. Hopefully we can get the same place. Personal beach, gated community, safe, near all the local attractions and spots to eat. Had an issue, owner responded in seconds.

Easy beach access

The property was clean and very easy to access the beach. The host communicated promptly and answered our questions when they arose. It was a bit of a drive from things we wanted to do in San Juan but it was nice to stay away from the tourist ateas

Great penthouse for a family vacation!

This penthouse is just as described - beachfront community / gated security / nice clean property. It has all we need for a great vacation . Pools were well maintained. The owner was very responsive any time I had questions, and everyone we spoke to at the location were very nice including the staff. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property was very nice, the owner was great and always in touch when needed. We were there during power outage on New Year’s Eve but the complex had power restored very quickly, the same day. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great property as listed!

We had everything we needed and as described in the listing. Host was very attentive throughout the entire trip. Being our first visit to Puerto Rico, we would most likely have chosen a location closer to San Juan. However, we could be in San Juan within 30 minutes, but still enjoyed a private beach and pool in Loíza. We were very pleased with our accommodations.

Everything you need on a beautiful beach

The condo is equipped with all you need for cooking meals, enjoying the pool and beach. Lots of space inside and third floor patio made us feel at home. Property manager was super-responsive when we had questions. Good location about half-way between San Juan and Luquillo. Close enough to El Yunque and Fajardo to explore both in a single day.

Beach getaway

Our family had a most relaxing stay at the Loiza condo. The pools and beach were beautiful and private. We only ran into other residents occasionally. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the energy efficient cooling and lighting systems. Our host, Justo, was most attentive and always helpful when we had questions. We hope to return in the future.

Great find and location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning till end. Condo matches the description and the location was perfect to meet all our needs. Rainforest , old San Juan , airport , fajardo (bioluminescent kayaking )were all within an hours drive. Condo is well Maintained and kitchen though small was well equipped to meet our needs. Justo the owner kept in touch throughout and answered all our queries promptly, if we were to visit again some day will only opt to stay in Justo’s place!

Justo was great

Justo was a great communicator and the apartment was lovely. Neighborhood was not great. Loiza is a two lane road to San Juan and very hard to drive at night. Not near very many things. Gated apartments felt safe.

From the owner: "Hi Shelly, glad you enjoyed the condo. Most small towns in PR are usually just two lanes. Even though PR is a small Island, 100 x 35 miles, because of traffic, it seems like everything is far away. Again, thanks for staying and taking care of the condo. We really appreciated it."
