WOW The Home Away From Home!

Awesome views, well equipped unit, friendly helpful manager, Jodie called to see if everything was good and suggested places to visit and let us borrow an esky for our road trip. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Great location and apartment

We used this apartment as our base for exploring Darwin and Kakadu. It was all fantastic, from the view to the beach across the road, to the parking area and the apartment itself. The apartment was very well appointed and had a state of the art coffee machine! We did some cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the property manager and owner was prompt and friendly. Would recommend!

Jodie is a wonderful host, we loved her apartment , perfect position on the Ocean , magnificent views, stunning sunsets, kitchen and pantry well stocked, nice quiet area, evening sea breeze even though hot days, very comfortable without relying on air conditioning which was available in all rooms, we used Jodie’s Toyota for travelling in and around Darwin which was perfect, we certainly recommend “ What a View”

Lovely relaxing holiday on the Nighcliff foreshore

Jodie's apartment is right on the foreshore, with a fantastic view of the palm tress and Timor Sea, including sunsets from the spacious balcony! A sheer pleasure to enjoy those sunsets, and breakfasts, on the balcony. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, with high quality appliances and furniture. It is spacious and airy (quality ceiling fans & aircon too). Great TV and excellent wifi. Location is perfect: 10mins drive from airport, 5mins to Raid Creek & Nightcliff markets, 7min walk to Nightcliff swimming pool (which we used most days!), 15mins to city and Botanic gardens. Bikes (& helmets), picnic gear (including table & chairs), and a big washing machine and useful clothes dryer. Excellent stay, we will be back!

We were so happy staying at whataview2sea. Jodie was a wonderful host and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival and communicated with us throughout our our stay to make certain we were well accommodated. We even came back from our day activities early so we could enjoy the sunsets from the balcony! Thank you to Jodie, we will be recommending this well located and provisioned property to our friends and family when visiting Darwin.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views

This property was just lovely as was the owner Jodie who could not have been more helpful. The views of the sea and sunsets from the balcony were stunning. The facilities and provisions supplied were fantastic. The location was great with a pub, swimming pool and cafe just a stroll away. There was also a walking/cycling path along the foreshore park opposite the apartment. Food trucks also set up in the park of an evening. We also hired Jodie’s LandCruiser which was a great deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful locations

Jodie place was an absolute treat to stay in! She was easy to communicate with and the sunset views are perfect. We organise all activities based on what time sunset was! Highly recommended the place.

Location and view, amazing!!!

Jodie was super easy to deal with! The apartment is huge! Kitchen is large and easy to use! This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The location is absolutely perfect, the daily walks along the foreshore are second to none! All in all we had a fantastic time! Thank you Jodie, we will be back 😁

Fabulous

This was an awesome unit in the perfect location for our group of 4 adults. It has a walking path across the road which follows the coast, eateries within walking distance and a beautiful view from the roomy balcony. We loved it!

Loved our stay at this property, views are spectacular and Nightcliff is a beautiful suburb to relax and base yourself in Darwin. Appartment had everything we needed. Jodie (the host) was Knowledgeable and extremely helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Five stars all round!!

Beautiful views, location and comfortable living
