Ocean 7 - Modern Family Home

New two story beach house situated at Phillip Island's most popular patrolled surf beach - Smiths Beach only 2 minute walk and you're on the sand.

Our beach house offers modern spacious open plan living. The first floor has north and south facing balconies with BBQ facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with aldi espresso coffee machine, microwave, with a large open living and dinning areas, master bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with large shower and bath, air conditioning, wood heater, flat screen TV, ipod docking station, DVD player and FREE WI-FI now available .

The ground floor offers another living area designed to keep the kids happy with a cupboard full of board games, XBOX and Wii consoles, flat screen smart TV. Access to a European laundry and double lockup garage with table tennis and surfboard storage racks.

BATHROOMS:
the house has 2 large showers, 2 toilets and an outdoor hot/cold shower perfect for a large family.

The property is fully self contained, covered doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided, however YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING your own top and bottom sheets, towels and pillow cases. Or you can hire linen for an additional charge.

The house was very clean and the locations was great. In my only complaint was it advertised wifi and there was not any. We attempted to contact the owner and did not receive a response.

Great home close to the beach

Beautiful house, extremely comfortable, very close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our stay. Owners thought of every detail from paper towels, coffee pods, to replacement batteries for the remotes, to a variety of board games and table tennis for the kids. We would love to come back again!

Large house in great location

Really close to the Smith beach (even small kids can walk there). Nice and quiet street. House is quite large and very well organised. Hot shower in the backyard is amazing for autumn swim.
