Outside, the kids can enjoy the cubby house while the adults make the most of the pool and sunshine. The home is also pet friendly.



Set between St Andrews Beach and Rye Back Beach, the coast is just a short drive or walk away, with walking tracks leading towards Rye front beach and shops. The Peninsula Hot Springs are around five minutes away, making Sea Brim an ideal base for a year-round Mornington Peninsula escape.

We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, coffee, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
