Casa DeDe, Classic Bahamian Home with Panoramic Views of the Ocean

A beautifully decorated and recently updated (2025) beach house with all the amenities that would make anyone want to stay longer! All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Very private and comfortable. There are 2 master suites.

With views of the entire ocean and the beach only a few steps away, step into paradise! Rental includes daily housekeeping and beach chair and umbrella set-up. Enjoy making meals in our completely renovated kitchen.

4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, outdoor shower. Pool and recently added covered patio with outdoor bar. Generator to ensure no power outages, which are common on the island.

Electric Moke available to rent for additional fee, enquire upon booking.

We also offer discounts on golf cart rentals with Ashley's Rentals. Please inquire upon booking for a discount code.

We inherited this home from our mother who started coming to Harbour Island in the 80s with her mother. After so many trips, she fell in love and built our home in 2008. It was her absolute favorite place in the world and she loved sharing it with everyone she met. After her passing, we took over and we are so grateful to be able to continue enjoying her favorite place and sharing it with others! We changed the name from Casa del Mar to Casa DeDe to honor her with her grandmother name :)

We (three siblings) all live in Austin, TX.
