About this property

Relaxing Rye Retreat - 350m to Beach

Set on a large block in a quiet street the house is perfectly positioned in Rye. The Rye front beach is only a short stroll away and Woolworths is less than 1km away.

The rear yard is fully fenced with a large open lawn area.

Sorry, we do not accept large dogs being brought onto our property.



The house includes:
- Split system air conditioner
- Gas heating for winter months
- 4 bedrooms, 3 inside the main house and a separate bungalow in the back garden.
- Portacot available.
- Out back there is a BBQ and 8 person outdoor table setting.
- Bathroom (with shower and bath) and separate toilet
- Ample off-street parking for 3-4 cars at the front of the house.

- Panasonic Stereo Player
The bungalow has a portable evaporative cooler for summer and column oil heater for winter. There are also electric fans available for your use.

Great house, close to everything, lovely host

I stayed here with my teenage children who loved the proximity to the beach and the carnival, and it was lovely to be able to enjoy a weekend with my dogs too. The house itself has everything you need making it very relaxing and the Rolf and Christine were wonderful hosts. Will definitely love to return one day.

Great location

House was very clean plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach which is great on a busy day. You can just leave your car at home. Property owners are great and will help you with any questions.

Immediately Rebooked

Perfect place for the extended family to unwind and enjoy the beach. Rolf was very responsive and even messaged us on the first day to ensure we settled in ok. Loved the place so much that we rebooked again for next year.
