Please pick up any dog waste. There is an extra cleaning fee for dog waste not picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please vacuum up excessive pet hair and no pets on the furniture.
Please take all trash out to the cans by the street.
No fireworks from the property. This is a nature preserve.

My husband Bill and I bought this place as a peaceful place to fish and relax. We have a flats boat and love to get out on the water. The remote old Florida appeal was what drew us to the area. We love going out to the islands to swim or to the springs.

Why they chose this property

Plenty of space and a big yard. Easy ride to deep water fishing. Close to bar close to the marina. Visits from otters, manatee and dolphin frequently.

Boat ramp in the property. Water all around. Floating dock. Safe yard for kids and dogs with an area fenced in. Full kitchen with everything you need. Huge wrap around deck with amazing views. Sunrise is perfect.
2 kitchens. Can accommodate 2 families. Foosball table and ice plung tank for cold bath.
