Fishing supplies and 4 Kayaks provided Located next to otter preserve with visits from dolphin,manatee and turtles. 3 mile boat ride out to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing snorkeling, scalloping or just island hoping. Walk to the local bar/restaurant. Outdoor One person redneck cold spa.

My husband Bill and I bought this place as a peaceful place to fish and relax. We have a flats boat and love to get out on the water. The remote old Florida appeal was what drew us to the area. We love going out to the islands to swim or to the springs.

Plenty of space and a big yard. Easy ride to deep water fishing. Close to bar close to the marina. Visits from otters, manatee and dolphin frequently.

Boat ramp in the property. Water all around. Floating dock. Safe yard for kids and dogs with an area fenced in. Full kitchen with everything you need. Huge wrap around deck with amazing views. Sunrise is perfect.
