I love the hot tub. Especially it is private and well heated. I also love that the pool was heated too. I loved my stay and I would love to come back. The host was very nice and amazing.

I’m so glad you all enjoyed and that I got to meet you all. Really makes my day to see my guests happy and blessed. Happy new year!
Host emailed us and let us know that we could check in early. That was huge and we really appreciated it!! Made our vacation day so much better. The bed was great, the porch was awesome, the small fake fireplace was great to dry out our bathing suits after relaxing in the spa. Awesome place, thank you!

Nicest quests. so thoughtful and left the cabin immaculate could not even tell they were there. would welcome back anytime.
Thanks for being amazing.
Cabin was clean, cozy, and pet friendly! It was well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and a selection of different types of coffee makers to meet your tastes (pods, drip, and French Press). We look forward to a repeat visit!
We had an amazing time for our scalloping weekend, Jennifer is a wonderful host and very pleasant to communicate with. This place is a gem, very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again.
We loved the place and it was a great spot to take a dog out of the shelter for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Poorly maintained amenities. Dirty. Musty smelling. I have pictures to prove the filthy, unclean environment.

Was very surprised to hear these complaints as we have had back to back bookings all month with several deep cleans and all 5 star reviews. We are on several platforms and have five rentals and have been doing this for 20 years. I am always happy to rectify any issues quickly, but in this case the guest did not text until she checked out. Looking closely over the property, there was nothing that needed any attention as I was on site and I had personally been the one overseeing the property the day they checked in. Even offered an early check in as I was there and everything was in order for arrival. Cabin was thoroughly cleaned and stocked and hot tub was crystal clear, and 105 degrees, which I also have pictures. We strive to do our very best and always want our guests happy and returning and referring friends but unfortunately even though it’s extremely rare, over the past 20 years sometimes there are just those guests who are troublesome. Our prior reviews and reputation says it all. Our cabin is wood and rustic, cozy and with the amount of bookings we have, cleaned several times per week. Will definitely make sure quality control remains a priority.
It was a great stay! I think it could have been a little clearer that the home is in a portable home community but it is a nice one and we did enjoy the stay. Thank you!
Fun place to stay. Lots to do and friendly people.

This place is absolutely adorable! Great location too. This home has everything you need. It may be tiny in size but is truly a very comfortable stay. Communication from the owner was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

I’m so glad you enjoyed and were comfortable. You were wonderful guests.
Unfortunately this cozy cabin is a filthy trailer with very old furniture and filthy floors. The rugs were dirty and stained. The dirty refigerator included a dead bug in the freezer. The kitchen towels were old and stuck together. The blankets were old, stained and had holes. The whole place looked liked it was furnish from a goodwill dumpster. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling and wood work were appalling. Paint on the doors was dirty, some had peeling paint, the bathroom door had never been painted and is therefore water stained as well as being secured with a hook and eye.I do not recommend this property . We travel all over the country and this is my first review. The location is good but the trailer is awful.

This guest and his pets stayed for a week never indicated there was any problem whatsoever and we even texted back-and-forth privately over the week so I could let him know it was going to get very cold to stay warm safe travels home, never indicated he was unhappy with anything. and that would’ve been the opportunity to let me know of any issues at all so I could address. I found it very surprising.
Our cabin is very much like the vacation cabins at a famous amusement park in Central Florida. It’s a mini A-frame style all wood rustic, but with modern touches such as granite and back lit bathroom mirror modern touches that we have added since we spend a lot of time here. This is my family weekend home which we spend the most time at and we are happy to share it with others. Not a brand new cabin but very clean and well cared for. Having five rentals over the last 20 years, we strive to do a great job has been very rewarding and luckily most people are very pleased.
Very nice, clean place to stay. Has the feel of a cabin in the woods. Perfect location if you are in the area for fishing or scalloping. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had the perfect time staying here. If you are looking for a turn-key vacation then look no further. We couldn't stop talking about how we had an absolute blast! We will be back for sure as this location now holds a special place in our hearts! Host(s) were amazing and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay!
