About this property

Newly renovated spacious and comfortable 2 storey house is set amongst the beautiful surroundings of the Ventnor seaside area. Ideal for a getaway escape anytime of the year!

The Bluehouse is only a short 2 minute walk to the Ventnor beach via the adjacent beach walkway to the property.

The Penguins, GP Circuit are a short few minutes drive away.
If you wish to go shopping or eat at one of the many cafés in town, Cowes is only a 5-10 minute drive by car. For supermarket and retail shopping, the major stores are located in the main street of Cowes for your convenience.

The house comprises of upstairs and downstairs separate living and sleeping areas with a self contained kitchen on each level.
The property has a full kitchen upstairs with a spacious main living room looking out over the sun deck area. There are partial water views through the trees from the full house width balcony. The barbecue entertaining area with a comfortable outdoor setting on the balcony deck invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The upstairs level also has 3 good sized bedrooms with a main bathroom positioned also as an ensuite to the main bedroom.

It is an ideal house for 2 families wanting to share a well appointed and comfortable double storey home with plenty of room.

Upstairs contains 3 bedrooms : 1 room x queen with ensuite bathroom
1 room x queen and 1 room x double - all with built in wardrobes

Downstairs - Kitchen and lounge area, separate bathroom, separate laundry.
2 bedrooms : 1 room with 2 x king singles
1 room with queen sized bed
All 5 bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Please note - Linen can be supplied for special events on arrangement prior to confirmation. Check with owner at time of booking.
Note - there is a minor surcharge for linen to cover dry cleaning costs

Please supply your own bottom and top sheets, pillow cases and towels.

A Playstation 2 is provided in the bottom lounge room. Please bring your own games if you would like to use this feature during your stay.
Bicycles are at the house with helmets if you would like to have a scenic ride around the local streets. Golf clubs are also available at the house also if you plan to have a round of golf at The Phillip Island Golf Course.

Highly recommended

Very clean. Easily accommodated 9 adults. Lovely views from the upstairs deck. Nice quiet location, a very easy walk to the front beach or a 10 minute drive to the surf. The owner’s communications were very clear and helpful.

Excellent Experience!

Great sized house for 10+ people, close to a calm bay beach and great surf beaches. Drive to town is only 5 minutes, yet still far enough for privacy and quiet nights! Would highly recommend!

The Blue house is a spacious, well maintained house in a great location, only about a minute from the beach. The house offers 2 living areas, great for separating teenagers and adults. The house is in excellent condition & contains all furniture,appliances & equipment needed especially if you like to stay in or cook at home.

Amazing Getaway!

The Bluehouse is great for a for those looking for both a relaxing escape or an event filled getaway. The location of the house allows you to either unwind on the quiet nearby beach or check out what Phillip Island has to offer as it is only a short trip to the main attractions. The house itself comfortably fit our group of 10 with room to spare and all the features of the house were well maintained. I would definitely recommend The Bluehouse to both families or groups of friends who are looking for accommodation in Phillip Island.

Great Weekend Away

The Blue House was a great location for a group of old friends to have a weekend away. The 5 bedrooms and the two kitchens and living areas meant there was plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and fresh and there were some extra features such as the spa bath, coffee machine and ice dispenser in the fridge door that added to the experience. The location has a real holiday feel to it, being nice and quiet and only a short walk to the beach. Yet you are only a ten minute drive from the Restaurants and shops at Cowes.

Fantastic property in a great location

We loved our stay at The Bluehouse. We loved the house, it is fantastic, lots of space and ideal for two families sharing. It is so well equipped and stocked with all the basics you ended...and more...which makes all the difference. Michael and Kim are a pleasure to deal with and make it all very easy. I can truly say it has been our best experience in visiting the island. We will be sure to look at The Bluehouse for our future visits and will certainly recommend it to anyone else intending to visit the island.

We have been holiday makers to Phillip Island for over 10 years prior to purchasing the house in 2014. We liked this part of Phillip Island so much we decided to fulfill a long standing dream to have a house on the coast. Phillip Island - Ventnor ticked all the boxes when looking around and we saw this house as a unique opportunity for us.

What makes this property unique

The Bluehouse has undergone an extensive modern renovation upgrade. It is a tasteful well appointed 5 bedroom 2 storey house with everything to offer for a getaway holiday on Phillip Island. Spacious upstairs and outside deck area and well appointed bedrooms and bathroom amenities. The walk way along the side of the property gives easy access to the beach within a 2 minute walk.
