WEEKENDS - A Friday night stay must also include the following Saturday night.

X-MAS - 4 night minimum. Guests staying Dec. 19 or later must stay night of Dec 24.

NEW YEARS - Guests staying Dec. 30 must stay night of Dec. 31.

NO PETS - Please! -- I am especially severely allergic to dogs and have been hospitalized for that. Please no "surprises"
