Originally built in the 1920s, this double brick building now has a bedroom for adults upstairs in the loft. Renovated with the character and style of this bygone will be very comfortable staying here.

We are a farming family of 2 parents and 1 young adult.
We have been hosting Australian and International travellers since May 2011.

Why they chose this property

This unique building was built in the 1920's and has a great story. Be part of the current story with the many other guests who have stayed over the past 5 years.
Our farm is called "Grasfeld" and has been owned by this family since 1956. It currently has 1200 acres for 4000 merino sheep to graze as they produce quality wool for the world.
Located 60 metres from the main Homestead is the famous GRAMPIANS HISTORIC TOBACCO KILN. Renovated in 2013, this is the perfect place for couples to come and stay whilst exploring the Grampians or just travelling through.

What makes this property unique

This is an ideal place to stay whilst exploring the Grampians National Park. Lots of people stay here on their way from the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians or Melbourne to Adelaide.
The tobacco kiln is unique to the area and has been lovingly renovated into very comfortable accommodation which has been open for 12 years and is occupied most of the time. 1000s of happy guests and more coming !
