This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!

The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with cable, wifi! There is also a community grill that is available for use!

If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!

Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.

Great River Condo

This was a great place to stay it was 10-15 minutes to all the attractions and restaurants. The view of the river and the bluffs is amazing. Gary was very quick to respond.

A jewel on the banks of the Tennessee river!

I could live here! This is a wonderful place to "let down" and relax! It's simply "a piece of heaven on earth"! The accommodation was everything and more than what I would imagine!

Condo on the Tennessee River

The property was actually a bit better than advertised. It was very clean and had everything you need. The view out the back door was amazing, looking over the river with the mountains on the other side.

Amazing Again

Always a Joy

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and we enjoyed it as always. We loved the local restaurant River Drifters and we found a new Chinese Food spot on Dignal Mountain. I cooked breakfast and love how everything is there... the walmart is perfect distance. THE VIEW OF THE MOUTAIN AND RIVER IS WHAT THIS TEACHER NEEDED. We will be back!!!

Great location

We loved the bird watching we could do right from our balcony. We were well-situated to head to Prentice Cooper for hiking or into Chattanooga for city attractions. Our one complaint was that whatever was used to clean the bathroom fixtures and the floor made them sticky. That was unpleasant in an otherwise very lovely stay.

River living!

First off, Gary is great! Communication was excellent, as well as his attentiveness to our needs. Place is beautiful. Pay attention to where you are going as it is a little hard to find, and that's a good thing. Left from WI in a major snowstorm and sunburned a day later. We hope to return....and thank you Gary. Make sure to hike around the area and see all that this beautiful part of the country has to offer.

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Why they chose this property

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
