Pets weighing 50 pounds or less are permitted at the property, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
A non-refundable pet fee of $1,000 per pet is required prior to occupancy. This fee is intended to cover additional cleaning and sanitation costs associated with pets, including the removal of pet hair, dander, odors, stains, or other messes that may remain after the guest’s stay. This additional cleaning is necessary to help maintain the property for subsequent guests, including guests who may have pet-related allergies or sensitivities.
In addition, guests with pets are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $5,000 for the duration of their stay. The policy must include MAF Land Company as the primary beneficiary, as applicable under the insurance policy. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request and prior to occupancy. This also applies to service and emotional support animals.
The guest is responsible for any damages to the property caused by their pet that exceed the amount of the non-refundable pet fee.
