This beautiful townhouse is in the perfect location to enjoy all Grand County has to offer! We are only a 3 minute walk down the Vasquez Creek bike path to the center of Winter Park where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Hideaway Park, the site of a sled riding hill and skate park for the kids, is only a 2 minute walk. The new Winter Park Music Pavilion is also located in Hideaway Park and is the site for a series of concerts all summer long. For skiers, there is a shuttle stop less than 100 yards from the townhouse that will drop you right at the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort. If you prefer to drive yourself, it is only a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot at the resort. The townhouse is located right on Vasquez Creek, so any guests interested in fly fishing can walk right out the door and fish the Vasquez or walk 2 minutes to Confluence Park, where the Fraser River offers some of the best fly fishing in Colorado.

Other nearby winter activities include the tubing hills at Winter Park and Fraser, which are only 5 miles away. There are several snowmobiling companies based in Winter Park, Fraser, and Grand Lake, which is about 40 minutes from Winter Park and boasts the best snowmobiling in Colorado. There are also cross country skiing trails, sled dog rides, and sleigh rides all within 5 miles of Winter Park.

In the summer, there are many hiking and biking trails accessible from the townhouse. There are also hundreds more hiking trails all around Grand County that provide a variety of terrain. The Colorado River is only 30 minutes away and offers great white water rafting an float fly fishing trips. For boaters, Granby Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake are all within 45 minutes of Winter Park and offer motor boat rentals, kayaking, and wind surfing.

In addition to the perfect location, our townhouse has four glorious floors of beauty and top end furnishings that create a spacious and relaxing spot to retreat. The townhouse comfortably sleeps 10+. It has a main floor living area, gourmet kitchen and dining area, plus a complete entertainment room and second living area downstairs. The unit has two master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms, a main level bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two bunks and a trundle bed. There is also a loft office area and two HUGE decks for entertaining.
