Welcome to your mountain getaway! This townhome has everything you need for your Winter Park trip. Gorgeous views year-round, ample space for large groups, vaulted ceilings, new appliances, cozy fireplace, comfortable furnishings, in-floor radiant heat, 1 car garage plus additional parking, fully appointed kitchen, large loft for games and movies, plus a sleeping loft for the kids or the young at heart.

You are just minutes from the village via the direct shuttle or walking. Hit the slopes via ski/board or bike, ride the alpine slide, play mini-golf, head out for a hike, and much more. The condo is also a 1/4 mile from the Fraser River Valley trailhead which allows for scenic walks, runs, or bike rides into the town of Winter Park and beyond.

Main floor entry features 2 benches with storage for shoes and coats, plus full-size washer/dryer. The second floor features a master bedroom with King Bed and 5 piece master bathroom, powder bathroom, open kitchen with all the amenities, a gorgeous solid wood dining table, and a cozy seating area in front of the fireplace. The third floor boasts a large loft area with t.v. and couches (one pulls out to a queen sofa bed), full-size futon, plus a 2nd bedroom with a King Bed, Jack and Jill bath, 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and finally a sleeping loft with a full and 2 twin mattresses!

All linens, regardless of use, will be changed out on each departure. This includes all bed linens, as well as, bath, hand, and kitchen towels. We are using the same chemicals that the CDC has recommended for household cleaning. Our cleaning crew will wear gloves and masks while cleaning the property and you will not have contact with them prior to entering or exiting the home. In the event that your stay is back to back with another group stay, we may need to push back your arrival time by one hour to ensure that all cleaning has been completed. We had an amazing stay at Slopeside Paradise! The home was absolutely perfect for our two families—plenty of space, very comfortable, and well maintained. The shuttle was so convenient and made getting to the slopes quick and stress-free. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Truly a 5-star experience!

Great home just a brief walk from the slopes. The home was very clean, well stocked and organized. It was perfect for our group. The owner was very accommodating and extremely easy to work with. She had the home decorated for Christmas which made our tip magical! We would be happy to stay here again!

Wonderful Winter Wonderland

Stunning place! The owners have furnished this condo with everything we could want. Spacious too!

We will go back next year for our family vacation as the condo was lovely, plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Owners were very helpful in finding us a white water trip, great restaurants, etc. We all left wanting more, so great ending to our vacation!

We had an absolute lovely time at this home, it was super close to walk to the shuttle at the end of the street, loved the heated bathroom floors! Only downside was the ladder to the loft had to be careful with the kids sleeping up there but overall we loved it!!!!

Wonderful Winter Park ski trip

Perfect property for a CA mom to meet up with her adult kids in CO to try resorts on the Ikon pass. Winter Park ski bus stop just down the road and made getting to and from the mountain very convenient.

This house was charming and well appointed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spare! We loved the proximity to the shuttle to the slopes (1 min walk to the shuttle and a 2-3 minute shuttle ride) as well as the game selection for evening activities. Would definitely stay again!

We looked at dozens of properties when we decided to purchase a condo in the area and when we saw 131 Clover Ln. we instantly knew this was the place. With the amazing views, generous foyer for the putting on of our ski gear, and wood finishes throughout, we fell in love immediately. Plus, it's location is ideal! Our family has made so many memories already in this amazing home and we are thrilled to share this special place with you!
