Well looked after 3 bedroom house brick veneer located on Bay street Port Albert. perfect water views from lounge and dining room windows as well as outside deck water views. lock up gates with a short walk to boat ramp, jetty's and local tavern. Lock up garage, master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with double and 2 single beds. Air-conditioning & 5 ceiling fans. Wood Heater in lounge room.
Everything at the property other than food and drink. No linen or towels needed with a full kitchen. Large flat screen TV in lounge and comfortable couches with a log fire.

Great place

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was nice and warm and has a great view from the balcony. A short walk to the park was an added bonus. We will definitely be back

A little piece of paradise

Frank was great to deal with & checked half way through our stay that everything was ok. We loved the extra touch of a Christmas tree too. Beautifully clean & comfortable beds & pillows. Not to mention the great location & view.

Lovely house by the water

We loved our stay in Port Albert. The house was in a nice peaceful location with a lovely view out to the water. Everything that we needed was there and we all had a great time…including the dogs! Annie

Peaceful and relaxing

The view across the water is amazing and very relaxing, the house is very comfortable and sparkling clean, everything has been thought of. The town is pretty with great walks and plenty of wildlife. We would love to stay again.

Family weekend away

Fantastic views, everyone felt recharged. We also did a South Gippsland Tank Adventure during our stay. Fish and chip shop the best fresh fish I’ve tasted in a long time.

Lovely relaxing stay

The communication with Frank was fantastic from start to finish. The house itself was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully prepared for our stay (including firewood and kindling all ready to go). Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Lovely location and nice view from the sitting room and kitchen. Very happy with our choice! Thank you!

A Really Restful Place

The property's location with water views is the immediate great impression but the cleanliness and tidiness of the home, and how well furnished and equipped it is, make a further lasting impression. No need to bring towels or linen. Everything is there. With the fire going during the cold evenings - plenty of wood provided - we had a very relaxed stay. Frank the owner was in contact to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy. Couldn't fault the place. Will definitely stay again.

A very comfortable house with great views.

We have stayed at a number of houses in Port Albert over the past 20 years or so. This provides the best fit for our accommodation needs. The house was clean with all needs catered for. Just turn up with your food. The yard offers a secure area for 2 cars and boats. The owner made contact on a number of occasions to make sure we were comfortable and everything was just right. Well done Frank. The views from the lounge room and veranda were as good as you could get of the PA area.

Property was neat and fit for purpose . However there was lack of cupboard space due to each room holding linen towels etc applicable for future rentals hence we were living out of our bags. I think it would be perfect if this was rectified by dedicating space to these articals and leaving cupboad sace for guests
