Perfect beach family getaway with spa

We absolutely loved our stay at Monica's. It was a gorgeous, spacious house, with everything we could possibly ask for. Very close to a beautiful sheltered beach (short walk or even shorter drive) which was perfect for the kids, and only a short drive/run to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The home itself was in a quiet cul-de-sac, with lovely neighbours and a great feel (the neighbours played cricket one night in the court and it was such a community feel!) The Bali-inspired garden was spacious and the hot tub was AMAZING. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home, cannot recommend Monica's place enough!

Spa great but looking tired

Disappointed with rotten and mouldy condition of sun shades - they definitely need replacing and spoil the whole lookout. Garden NOT a Balinese haven as described and suggested- poor maintenance of garden and it all looked a bit bare. Spa excellent but again, deck is tired and needs replacing. External painting needed too. Property manager excellent

Phillip and I live in Melbourne and bought this house as a family holiday house due to its unique design and peacefulness and garden. We have enjoyed many holidays and weekends in this house sharing with family and friends. We love the short strolls to the beach, the buzz of the Blairegowrie casual dining strip and shops and the short drive to Sorrento our favourite hang out.
Rye pier and its strip of shops are also a short drive away.
Then the green hills of Red Hill area brings a total change.
The rugged coastline of the Bass Straight. Being a photographer makes me go out to the rugged coastline at either sunrise or sunset to capture the beauty of this area.
We find that we never get bored with Mornington Peninsula as there is so much to see and do in summer and winter.

Why they chose this property

The rugged coastlines, the beaches on the bay, the walking trails, wineries, the shopping strips and dining options and live entertainment. This area is busy the whole year summer to winter there is always something to see and do.

What makes this property unique

This property has a unique angular design in all the rooms and the walls facing the yard are either all glass sliding doors or windows overlooking the garden which brings it in view to the whole house.
