Great property, awesome location. Plenty of fun things to do nearby. We walked to the beach and the waterpark every day. Plenty of awesome restaurants within walking distance as well. Great for kids as well.

Communication with the host, Debi, was absolutely wonderful; she was a huge help when the door lock broke and we couldn't get into the apartment, as well as when we needed a few things replaced. However, the door was a constant source of stress—opening it was difficult due to the old lock, and the inside bolt was broken, making us anxious every time we left. Overall, the apartment was fine, though the mattress in the main bedroom definitely needs replacing as it sags. On the plus side, the proximity to the beach and restaurants is very convenient. To sum up: excellent service from the host and a decent apartment.

Property was up to date and centrally located to entertainment and the waterpark was definitely a plus.The only negative aspect of the unit was the plugs in the bedrooms for phone chargers, they kept pushing the chargers out, the box fan stayed plugged in though.

The building and area are very family friendly but also quiet if not traveling with children. We had a view of both the intercoastal and gulf. The area is easily walkable to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and bars.The host communicated well and made everything very easy.

All of the supplies (laundry soap, bath soap) were not provided.Master bedroom bed was lumpy and soft. Pillows were like bags of hard sand.Check-in procedures were cumbersome.

Sorry for any confusion but we make it very clear what is provided so guests are prepared for their stay and bath soap is not on the list. Laundry sheets are attached to the washer in a container and labeled laundry sheets. I’m not sure how that could have been overlooked. Mattresses and pillows are a matter of preference. Sorry you did not find them comfortable. Very few guests have any question/issues with the check in process because the instructions are so detailed along with phones numbers to call with any questions. We would have gladly walked you through the process had you called us. Ty

Property was very clean, well appointed with furniture including comfy beds. Great location - near the beach and restaurants galore nearby. Plenty of things to do and management was helpful. Definitely would do it again!!Ken D

Terrific place to stay

The condo was in a great location with beaches just blocks away, a water park right there and lots of choices for food. It was very clean and Debi was great to work with. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay another week! Overall a great place to stay.
